Just a d- hotel. Supposed to have 2 twin beds which we didnt get and they would not rectify. Hallways are dark. No amenities. No anything. Could have stayed at a hostel

Unable to switch on air con in our room. Had to ask reception to do this for us. Both the toilet and bathroom doors did not close properly. Minor things but a bit annoying. The hotel was nice and in a good location.

Susana and the manager were great. Didn't like that there was no window for the shower.

This hotel is in a great location, and has a great, modern feel to it in the lobby and rooftop bar. The view from the 6th floor suite patio is nice. We had the suite and it was really disappointing, especially for what we paid. The room felt dirty, musty, and had several issues upon arrival. The biggest thing is the air conditioning makes a loud noise that will not go away and made it hard to sleep at night. The wall cover to flush the toilet was falling off and even though someone came to “fix” it, it kept coming off. The shower didn’t drain well so there was water every where every time we showered, and the temperature would switch to scalding hot without notice so that made it uncomfortable to shower. The room itself had stains on the furniture and curtains and just didn’t feel very clean. My toddler dropped a toy under the bed and it was covered in dust. We didn’t use the bathtub in the room at all because it was stained and felt dirty. The suite being on the 6th floor meant you were listening to music from the rooftop bar until well after 11 pm. The walls are zero sound proof and you can hear everything in the room from the hallway and near the elevator. The staff were not very friendly and came to check on our issues and didn’t resolve any of it, nor did they seem to care. For what we paid, we were expecting a lot more than what this hotel offered, and I can’t say I would recommend this place to anyone I know.

This hotel is a small boutique hotel in a great location. Room was comfortable and clean. On the top floor is a small outisde bar with good views. Breakfast was good. Recommend this hitel if you like Boutique Hotels

Prime location, away from the main tourist strip, quiet, safe.

The property was very nice and the staff was great, very helpful. Juan was AMAZING, he was super helpful locating us places to eat, making us reservations and providing us information on where to go and how to get there. He was also our bartender - he made us the perfect cocktails. Thank you, Juan - we will recommend this property to all of our friends traveling into the area.

Choose another place! Pros: Location was great! Hotel and room was aesthetically pleasing. Cons: While they held my bags until check-in... I busied myself for hours in town. I returned minutes before 3PM check-in time, and was told my room wasn't ready, it would be another 4 minutes. They had me wait until the exact check-in time, although clearly the room was in fact ready. WiFi password was not explained upon check-in (case-sensitive)... it was handwritten and upper/lowercase was not identifiable. I had to perform a scavenger hunt for an outlet, which was not easily accessible. Housekeeping did not fully close my room door after cleaning the room. Lastly... the evening before checkout, the elevator was out of service. While ascending four stories after a night out was annoying... the fact that there wasn't any sense of immediacy to fix the issue, upon checkout, I had to descend from the fourth floor with all of my luggage.

Had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was convenient too. Would definitely come back

This is a lovely hotel, ideally located near shopping and restaurants. Our room was spotless and hugely spacious for a suite. The bed was comfortable. Our room had its own balcony with seating and lovely views, and we were right next to the rooftop bar, which also had wonderful views. Overall, a terrific hotel and we’d definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend. Staff was really helpful and Tiago had great food suggestions. Whole staff was helpful and very friendly. Rooms were good size but needed more electrical outlets in the room. All in all it was. great vacation.
