When we arrived we found human hair in the kitchen and on the sheets. The flat had a very bad smell coming out of the bathroom, the curtains, and the bed pribably due to smoking, even if it is prohibited. Terrible place. We booked for two nights but we left the first morning. We contacted the owners regarding the problem, but "they were unable to confirm" these conditions, so they did not offer a refund.

Nice spacious apartments on a very good location. Close to public transportation U3, close to parking P+R Ottakring. Restaurant also close and Billa too. Contacless check in to apartments. it has everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee machine, refrigerator, vaccum cleaner, etc. Parking also possible in front of apartment if you are lucky.

Close to the subway station and vert cheap but for a (several) reason(s): bad district, appartement smels humidity, no sound isolation between apartments.

An area you can live quiet and peaceful life in Vienna. Evening time it’s quiet empty though. You can find all the necessities nearby.

Good location nice rooms and under the apartment Little American pizza and burgers Restaurant so don't worry about food. You don't need to go far away. Food is delicious 😋
