This is my children's favorite place to visit every summer. Each year brings improvements, but the staff's service remains consistently friendly, enthusiastic, and professional, just like when we first arrived. The friendly atmosphere and meticulous attention to detail in every space are what draw my family back every summer.

Everything was fantastic: friendly and lovely staff, clean rooms, a resort right by the beach and Mui Ne cliffs, a clean and beautiful swimming pool, and a delicious breakfast buffet.

Aside from the reception area being slightly understaffed during check-in/check-out times, making it difficult for guests to find drinks, the hotel's services were otherwise quite good. Breakfast was decent, afternoon tea was excellent, and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and plentiful at an acceptable price. 10 out of 10 for the pool and beach.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities fully met the needs of myself and my family, so although we initially planned to go to the city center, we ended up relaxing in the room. The distance from the room to the beach was not far, which felt pleasant.

It was pretty good. The breakfast buffet had a limited selection. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Even during the holiday, Pergi resort wasn't too crowded, the staff were lovely, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the rooms were clean. It was a very satisfying experience here!!!

This is my second visit and I'm very satisfied. The staff are friendly and dedicated. It's a private beach, so it's not crowded even on holidays. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of dishes and changes daily. It's definitely worth the money.

The hotel is nice and clean, they listen to guests, the beach is clear, but there's too much trash, even though there are always lifeguards and pick-up workers on duty.

The hotel is nice but a bit far from the city center if you don't have a car. The beach is beautiful, but the air conditioning in the room seems to be malfunctioning or something, it's very hot.

The hotel has a beautiful and unique design, polite and attentive staff, two large and beautiful swimming pools, a very large park with lots of greenery, a lake, birds and animals, a private beach, and a large restaurant that can comfortably accommodate many people. The atmosphere is quiet and cool, perfect for a truly relaxing vacation. Overall, I give it a 9/10 rating.

Absolutely fantastic! The staff were lovely and friendly, the service was great, the breakfast buffet changed daily and suited my taste perfectly – it was delicious! Super convenient for family trips, the resort even dropped us off at Phan Thiet train station, afternoon tea was free, drinks were refilled upon request, life vests were free,... it was all great!

Even though we went on Friday, it was still crowded. The grounds are spacious. The breakfast buffet wasn't very extensive, but everything we picked out was tasty and satisfying. Overall, the price is good, so I'll definitely come back. It's a great place for a relaxing getaway.

The breakfast wasn't good, and the beach was too windy. The grounds were spacious but felt disjointed. The rooms weren't well soundproofed, and the bathroom was small.

My family and I just had a wonderful and fulfilling vacation at our beloved Muine Bay. As always, Muine Bay was so welcoming. Hoa recognized us immediately upon arrival and proactively offered a discount, making me feel warm and comfortable during this cold season. Thi helped me fix my glasses because the screw had come loose – luckily, otherwise, my trip would have been 720p. The restaurant food was delicious; I stayed in the resort and enjoyed all the specialties of Phan Thiet, and today I discovered the grilled sea bass with tamarind leaf dipping sauce – incredibly delicious! And the sales staff helped me cancel my booking and refund quickly. Especially noteworthy is a staff member lying on a chair (attached photo) who provided incredibly soothing comfort to guests. The drinks were delicious, and Uyen at the bar has a knack for taking amazing photos. Every time I visit Muine Bay, my affection is filled by the enthusiasm of each staff member. They truly love their workplace to be able to make guests feel such positive energy 🩵

Everything was wonderful during our 3-day, 2-night stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s afternoon tea service, which was a lovely touch. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The resort grounds are spacious and well maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be returning for the upcoming New Year’s holiday.

Beautiful resort, friendly staff. Breakfast served from 7-9:30. Beautiful, clean grounds. Satisfied. Will come back.
