Easy access during Toronto Film Festival

The staff were very courteous, helpful, and very friendly.

The staff here is so kind and helpful, from the front reception, to housekeeping, to the team at the fitness area, everyone was so warm and happy and genuinely helpful. Plus the room and amenities throughout the hotel were just gorgeous. My daughter and I loved every minute of our time here!

The service and accommodation of guests request were appreciated, staff was excellent, ideal location and large bathroom. The property could use an upgrade in certain areas - the rooms appeared dated, especially, given the particular room booked was on the high end of options and was somewhat below expectations.

Service was good and the room was clean but for some reason we found the food a bit below what we experienced the last time we stayed here - almost 10 years ago.

Great spot!

This is a beautiful hotel with a very upscale feel and all the amenities you could want. The fitness center is top notch along with the room service. The only problems we encountered were being skipped for cleaning (quick phone call took care of that), not receiving the pillows requested (no I wonder if the pillow menu is just a legend) and receiving an accessible room without being notified (also after a quick call they gave us an extra credit to use in restaurants or in room dining). Overall, it has the special touch and feel you expect from the Shangri-La. The area is safe, clean and easily accessible to all of Toronto. We did not use the hotel valet, but used Spot Hero to park in the building next door. It was very secure, clean, safe and very inexpensive. So many bakeries and coffee shops nearby! Great location.
