Overall Ratings & Reviews Hotel New Station

I stayed for 3 days, but I didn't understand why I need to give my room key at reception if I'm leaving the hotel in the morning. I assumed they don't have a backup key for the room since I requested to clean my room everyday, but this is my first experience while traveling abroad. Usually, I will keep my room key with me. But it's okay, maybe I have skipped the information while the receptionists explained the hotel rules.

Small room but clean and short from the station and have good onsen

Smoke smell in non smoking room, other is ok

- Good location - just a few minutes from Matsumoto station - Great facilities - Free Public bath, bicycle - Clean and comfortable room.
