So close to village

This was a very nice stay. It's not perfect, of course, but it's been renovated a lot. The room condition was very nice. The only issues were internet and no local or national (ABC, CBS, NBC) network channels that we could find. But you're not there to watch TV. The housekeeping was excellent. The general vibe was "everyone mind your own business" and we appreciated that. It's close to all the tourist stuff, so it was a great home base for us to see Lake George. Very enjoyable stay overall.

There were people hanging out outside the doors smoking week and getting drunk all night. The rooms were dirty and had insects. Sinks didn’t have any cap on the drain so it was disgusting

i like the room , but no brakfast that was promised in the contract.

Enjoyed our stay

Staff was super friendly. The housekeepers were wonderful. Definitely a great place to stay!

I was assisted right away with check-in and check-out. Upon arrival, there was no chair outside my room. I just happen to see a housekeeper and asked her for a chair. She brought one within a few minutes and smiled. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was friendly and helpful. I eat at The Adirondack Pub down the road every time I visit Lake George. This motel is only a short walk to this restaurant. I recommend this motel.

Great location. Was clean. Staff was friendly. The only thing I didn’t like which can’t be fixed is the step up into the room. it is odd and difficult to carry heavy suitcases up into. I also hurt my left foot pretty bad bc I forgot about the step which is about a foot drop and I stepped out backwards while dragging suitcase and almost fell. I caught myself on my left foot. So all my weight fell onto it and it hurt. Once I got home from trip I kept off it and iced it for 3 days and it’s better now but maybe put a yellow strip or something to make sure ppl see it. It doesn’t reflect on the hotel svc. I’d stay there again and recommend it to others.

Great place, close to pretty much everything. Will 100% be staying here again when we go back to Lake George.

Very convenient to everything

All in all it was worth what I payed for. The bathroom was a little outdated therefore making it look dirty. The bed was comfortable and it was clean

L’emplacement était idéal, le personnel était courtois, la chambre était correcte et correspondait à nos besoins, mais c’était petit, alors que sur les photos ça semblait plus grand. Les femmes de ménage étaient très efficaces, donc la chambre était bien entretenue et propre. Merci!

AMAZING service.. BUT pillows were dirty, there was hair in the bed, needs a little refresh, bathroom fan was .. dirty is not the word, add young kids with firecracker till midnight screaming! It was a sold out weekend becauae usually never like that But in full honesty, I’ve been going to that hotel for 30 years .. and the staff is SO FRIENDLY! AMAZING location, overall a good experience, and never had issue .. just needs a little upgrade.

The room had alot of issues. Bathroom door ready to fall off. Bathroom light /fan fixture did fall from ceiling. Entry door had been kicked in so didn't shut right, had big gap around door & had to fight to unlock. Office staff was told about it. They did have their handy man come to put light back up. He was not so handy. Website says they have kitchen & room service. They do not ! We ended up checking out early. After some discussion they did refund some,money.

It was great but just missing a coffee maker in the room will be a great thing to have
