Sound proofing of the rooms is terrible, every sound transfers to the other rooms, doors do not limit passage niise

This was sufficient to sleep for one night. No luxury, simple and hospital like. Clean, shower good. Breakfast exceptional. Surrondings simple, all things for purchase very cheap not worth shopping. Good for one night only

Hotel was excellent and great staff. No issues whatsoever. If you have a car I highly recommend.

The room was quite nice. The air conditioning control buttons did not work so we had to use a pen to activate the air conditioner. Its a 15 min walk to see Padre Pio! We came in after 12 midnight. Although they say they are open for check in till 3pm, we had to wait quite a while fir somebody to show. Overall, it was a good experience.

Hotel Balls Rosa became unavailable. The owner opted to place us at Hotel Victoria. It exceeded our expectations and was even closer to the Padre Pio Shrine.

Such a great place to stay and 10 minutes shuttle ride to the Padre Pio shrine. The staff and management are great and very accommodating. The restaurant is very clean but need more variety of food for breakfast.

Was in an area where there's lots of construction so was noisy early in the mornings.

En lugar de dos noches, vimos que no se requería tanto tiempo en el santuario y solicitamos recortar a una. El dueño indicó que ustedes no lo permitieron. Vaya, vaya con la nueva Expedia, pésimo servicio a clientes. Era mucho mejor y no ambiciosa, lástima.

El hotel está muy buen ubicado, muy limpio, excelente atención del front desk, delicioso desayuno muy completo con opciones calientes y muy buenas. Atendido, todo excepcional a walking distance del Santuario del Pio. Te atienden muy amable en la entrada

I nei sono stati la mancanza di Wi-Fi nelle camere e i lettini sono strettissimi
