I came to celebrate my birthday & had such a pleasant experience. All of the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The room was clean and had everything I needed (water, microwave, fridge). The location is also walking distance from a lot of bars & restaurants. It wasn’t loud or crowded near the hotel which is a plus. I’m definitely coming back!

We loved our stay at Caye Casa! Beach views from the front porch and a pool right next to the room. It was lovely and both areas provided nice cool escapes from the heat. The staff is wonderful and went above and beyond. My husband left something in the room and they water-taxi'd it over to us immediately. Very relaxing, comfortable and close to everything. I highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was phenomenal. The property was clean and well supplied. The view of thw water was fantastic. There were local places within walking distance. We absolutely loved pur stay.

We had an AMAZING stay at Caye Casa. First and foremost, the facilities are great. The rooms are large and clean, and the property is well maintained. Additionally, the location is great. That being said, what really made our trip is how kind and helpful the staff are. We had a few things go wrong on our trip, and Jake and his staff did everything in their power to help us out. Even if the property was a hole in a ditch, I would stay there again for them! They are truly exceptional. If you are planning on visiting San Pedro, definitely stay here.

We absolutely loved our 3-day, 2-night stay at Caye Casa! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, yet conveniently located near a variety of great restaurants and local attractions. Shane provided exceptional customer service, along with his colleague (whose name I unfortunately forgot). They went above and beyond—offering great recommendations for local dining and even assisting with reservations at some of the more popular spots. Shane also connected us with a local golf cart rental service, and they kindly delivered the cart directly to us, which made getting around so easy. One thing to note: we weren’t able to fully enjoy the beach due to sargassum, which apparently wasn’t expected for this time of year. The smell can be noticeable, but this is completely out of the hotel’s control. That said, we really appreciated that the staff had someone out daily working hard to clear the beach for guests. Overall, the views are absolutely stunning, and the pricing is very reasonable for the area. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return ourselves!

We loved our stay so much! The property is on a very quiet road. It is walking distance to fabulous restaurants. The grounds crew, Marco, was so wonderful. The entire staff was wonderful. We can’t wait to come back again.

There is nothing I really need when I arrive at Caye Casa. The room comes with Coffee and the Fridge with a couple of Beers. This takes away the need to run to a local store when I arrive. Most rooms have games, books and even sunscreen that have been left behind so you feel like you are walking into a well-appointed home. It is my 4th time there.

Yes! Yes! Yes! We loved our stay at Caye Casa! Good location, very clean comfortable room, Shane was very friendly and helpful. The patio on the room is where we spent most of our time. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Caye Casa, finding the location to be "just right" for us: on the beach and just outside of the hustle bustle of the center of town but not too far to walk to most sights/restaurants. Shane at the front desk was a God-send of a resource to help us change bookings and recommend places to eat, etc. The owner, Jake, was helpful too. The little dunking pool was incredibly refreshing after my massage (also recommended: Just Relax Massage right across from hotel) BUT the shower water pressure was terrible: they need to invest in a more powerful system. Once that's done, it'll be perfect. Please don't expect high-end luxury. (Not sure you'll find that anywhere in Belize) The suites are close enough to each other that you may end up hitting it off with your vacationing neighbors.

Caye Casa was the perfect location for my 5 day stay in San Pedro. All bars are within a 5 min walk. All local food options were the next street over. My room was clean and cool with ground floor access. The staff were perfect!!! I highly recommend staying here.

Great service

I’m already planning my next trip back to Caye Casa! I was skeptical about staying at a boutique hotel with my 7 and 4 yr old and not having the entertainment of a big pool, but they made friends with the local boy next door and had fun on the beach, dock and smaller pool. There was plenty to keep us entertained. The entire staff, especially Shane and Mario, were the friendliest, warmest people. They recommended some great local eats a 2 min walk away. Lagi next door took us out on his boat to snorkel. We rented a golf cart. They stay was everything and more. 10/10 recommend. So glad I chose this place over a resort.
