From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the service was excellent, starting with the valet parking attendant. All the staff were very helpful. The room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of food.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The swimming pool is great; it doesn't sting small children's eyes. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options. The staff are lovely, provide complete information, and are well-prepared and willing to serve.

The room was big, but pillows too hard for me. Also, many bugs flying inside the room, don't know why, and also some hairs on the floating shelf. The breakfast was ok.

Towels and toiletries (except toothpaste and toothbrushes) are provided. It's also close to a 7/11. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The swimming pool opens at 7 AM, and the kids' cafe opens at 9 AM. It's perfect for families. I'll stay longer next time.

The room is clean and the service is good. But the air conditioner in the bathroom is dripping. Stayed for 2 nights and it was dripping both nights. The security guard is not cute, doesn't speak very well, and has bad English. The reception staff is cute and kind. The bellboys provide good service. The restaurant is large and has good service. I would like to improve the security guards' polite language.
