I am disappointed, this is my 3rd time to Koh Hai Fantasy Resort. Unfortunately this trip really turn me down. 1st, the food at restaurant was no good, breakfast very limited choice. secondly, there is no shower gel in room. We been asking for shower gel on day 1 after check into room, too bad until we check out the house keeping never give even though we request! 3rd, and not least, the reception lady is not friendly. Upon check in, we request for extra pillows, surprisingly she ask us why? This is really odd!

Location is good, peaceful, beautiful island, but the hotel uses salt water to bathe. Who have stayed at other resorts using fresh water to bathe Came around like this, had the feeling of wanting to go home immediately Take a bath While also washing your face and eyes In addition, the room is not cool. Very good, very impressed. The rooms are comfortable, clean, the pool is clean and good. The food is delicious, not expensive at all, but will charge 10% service charge and 7% vat too. The service staff is very good. The owner of the resort is lovely, friendly, the beach and the sea are very clear. I think will definitely stay again. Recommend

The resort was okay. However for Muslim, it is not recommended as there's no halal food there. The island is so quiet at night. No night life. The heater at our room and our friend's room are not functioning in the next morning on the check out day. No phone available at the rooms. Poor WiFi service.

Very old family room (Other rooms may be better). Bath and then wet. Hot water heater very difficult. Hot only Staff will tell you to stay 2 nights, no one to see. Hot water to switch to cold water. Old towel mattress very hard pillows. Breakfast is not good at all. Regular sausages are not delicious. The food was good, but the service was good.
