This has been the worst hotel experience that I had Very dirty, outdated, smelly, and the staff unprofessional and somewhat rude.

Food is pretty bad. The pool is nice and there are nice balconies in the rooms. The facility is a bit dated and things are pretty banged up. Its not 5 minutes to the beach more like 20-25 up a sognificant hill.

Small room without kettle, too many people in the pool area. No nearest shops no restaurant to by food, just hotdog, hamburger and pizza poor quality. Problem with parking when we arrived.

The rooms are clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately, the pools are icy cold and unusable by kids and adults. The food is average, but interestingly, the all-inclusive deal does not include drinks at lunchtime or dinner. Not even water or soft drinks. Breakfast includes juices and water. The WiFi internet is abysmal, with a lot of drop-offs. Rooms are meant to be non-smoking, but visitors do smoke on a balcony, so the balcony door needs to be shut to avoid smoke coming inside your room.

Nice large room, big bed, quiet but efficient AC, modern bath room. Friendly staff, variety of indoor and outdoor patios, beautiful pool area, great sea views, plentiful on street parking

Very nice hotel. Pool and spa hours were too short. Closed early and opened late. Excellent large buffet breakfast

Weather was mixed and hotel had several leaks where rain coming in dripping. Pool not quite as warm as could be but ok. Hotel a little tired. Good for families. Temporary restaurant downstairs not good for access as stairs steep. Food a little bit down market but acceptable. Staff helpful. No English language channels available on tv. Wi fi frequently not working. One of the two lifts not working all the time we there 3 nights. We go here for indoor pool. Lovely view from room see photo.

We had only booked a one night stay so please bear in mind if you read the review. We think this is a really good family hotel of middle class. The good things were: Beds were comfortable, two adult pools, one child paddling pool, one jazuzzi, cleanliness of the room and bathroom, the view from our room, the pools, entertainment for kids (but mainly in Spanish), quiet hotel Not so good things: slow check-in and check-out the food was mediocre but we might have caught a bad day slightly dated decor now wifi didn't work in our room Pity we didn't get to try out the other facilities and activities, but we think that there is plenty to do for kids and adults alike with a spa and a mini club. The hotel is in a quiet location overlooking the bay of La Herradura. Two satnav systems didn't find the hotel but Google Maps did find it. It seems like the hotel is mainly catering for Spanish guests and kids activities take place in Spanish so hard to follow for non-Spanish speaking kids and parents. We missed breakfast so can't comment on that either. All in all a good relaxing stay and would come back if in the area.

Staff spoke good English and very helpful. The hotel breakfast & buffet was great:)

El hotel bien, mi problema es con Expedia ya que la habitación que contraté no se parecía en nada a la habitación que me dieron, ya que era una habitación muy pequeña para entrar cuatro personas, hemos estado como ratones enjaulados

Íbamos en todo incluído y había muchas cosas que tenían suplementos. Variedad en las comidas y limpieza buena. Lo mejor que tiene servicio de autobús para bajar a la playa. El personal muy atento y agradable. Recomendable
