We hiked Stoos and this was a great location. All the trail signs in the nearby hills were so lovely. Pricey to eat here, but that is all of Switzerland. A great stop!

The pool area, kids room, and children’s buffet were great for our 3 year old, but the room at the hotel lacked AC so we could not sleep well as it was very hot.

Wonderful location with fabulous amenities and very friendly staff.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The property has lots of entertainment options and is walkable to a few different restaurant options. Lovely location with easy bus access to Brunnen.

Was not very impressed by this property. They charge you to rent towels andthey don’t even make the beds. The restaurant charges for tapwater. They just don’t treat you like a guest and it’s very inconvenient and annoying to be nickel and dime for every little thing. The pool was overly packed with people. The location is gorgeous and kids loved the playground

The property is located in a beautiful area, surrounding the alps. But We had issues with how it was presented on expedia, it is advertised as a resort, but when we got there, they put us in what they called as a holiday home. No towels/ toiletries were provided, we had to find a store to buy some toiletries. we had to clean the room and take out trash before we left. I don’t have any problem doing these things, but then don’t call it a resort. The pool is not located in the same building as the rooms and is not very easy to get it, we didn’t get to use it at all. The on site restaurant Siam had really good Thai food.

Area is beautiful. The room has zero amenities. Room feels sterile and uninviting. Stark lighting, dirty furniture and uncomfortable bed and pillows. The outdoor location is very beautiful or I would give 1 star.

No towels in the apartment. You have to ask for them and they cost $11 per person.

Definitely bring your own towels! And understand that food in Switzerland is expensive. Other than that this is an amazing location in the hills with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. There is something for all ages and you can take a morning hike up above Morschach for more spectacular views. The pool area kept the kids entertained for an entire day. Our family of 6 loved this resort.

The beds were comfy, the view was great, and I enjoyed the breakfast, but the smell was a bit weird near the hostel entrance.

Swimming Area

We stayed in the hostel part of the resort and had a room with two sets of bunk beds, which led out to a huge shared deck area and also had a very large common area that overlooks the resort. We had chosen this place for a bit of respite on a backpacking tour of Europe (myself and my two teens) and it did not disappoint. We loved the pool area, there are some nice walking trails, and there is a little farm there. We would eat breakfast in the morning on the deck listening to the cow bells as they roamed the field and enjoy the view of the mountains. The food was good but we really only tried the buffet for breakfast, the pizza/pasta restaurant for dinners, and the pool snack bar/restaurant for lunches. We appreciated we could just charge things to our room by tapping our wristbands. The little store was helpful for additional snacks if wanted. Staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean, bedding was comfortable. We would definitely return and our only regret was the short amount of time we had there.

stay was very nice once we overcome the shock that our room wasn't a hotel room but rather a holiday home. it is not clearly states that the specific room (which is right next to other rooms) doesn't include housekeeping, towels etc. i think knowing that in advance would help as it would not change my decision of staying at swiss holiday park, just make me come better prepared

This place is a hidden gem in Switzerland. I had a terrific experience from the moment I arrived until the moment i left. The sound of the cow bells, the birds, the view of the mountains, everything was just magical! The room was beautiful and clean, very cozy and spacious.

It has a great location and great place for family with children. Children loves the farm. Just the they could not ride at the gocar, it is always closed , one of the poor point , thats it.

This hotel is not what you expect. Be careful when booking this hotel. They don't provide you with towels and charge you $10 for each towel. They make you clean the rooms and take out the trash. If you don't they charge you. I booked two rooms for my family to stay at a nice resort, instead they gave me two apartments that I didn't not ask for. It basically ruined our trip as we had to pay for everything despite the fact that they charged us $1400 for 2 nights. When I complained they said it's because you booked through Expedia.
