Very friendly staff

Very noisy property, even during the night. If you enjoy taking some rest during the afternoon be prepared for conversations in the hallway (by staff) and loud smartphone notification sounds.

This is a great affordable Ibis, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted, we enjoyed the beach, breakfast was great and they had everything we needed. We spent just one night but I definately would stay longer if needed.

Its close to th airport and only 10 min., rights in watwr front

Staff is polite, breakfast ok , location excellent, property itself bad. Rooms are outdated, cheap, uncomfortable. Very inexpensive so it’s a great pick for someone on a budget.

This is not wonderful place. I found cockroach at my bed. I return to the lobby and request to change, they transfer me to more terrible room. Please , I’m expidia customer and this is not acceptable.

We had a great time. our one and only problem was we only were provided towels for Showering, but not for washing our face. It's possible it was just missed by the cleaning staff. On a positive, the staff was also super helpful and we would absolutely recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before and keep coming back. The location is great and it keeps the Ibis Hotel standards. I will surely stay there in my next trip to Vitória.

My stay was better than expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, tons of choices and very fulfilling. The hotel is right on the beach, all you need to do is cross the street. There are plenty of stores and restaurants around, walking distance which made everything much easier. Would definitely stay again. Staff is multilingual, which was nice.

All very good. Just one issue - the access to the parking is terrible (turn required to access extremely tight) and needs work to change.

We arrived at the Ibis at about midday, thinking it would be too early to be checked in, however were given a room right away. When we got to our room it had not been cleaned after the last person checked out so they did this for us right away. We didn´t use many of the hotels facilities, just the room really. The staff were friendly, however, the checkin process took some time, but having stayed at a few hotels in Brazil now, I think this may be the norm. The location was great, right opposite the beach and within walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars. The rooms were fairly small, we were just there for one night and were visiting friends, so were not in the room much at all so was not really an issue, but probably not the best room option (we had the cheapest room, not sure if other room types are bigger) if you have an extended stay.

I took a chance and spent a night at This brand new hotel located just across the street from the Canturi beach Area which appears to cater to many local families and singles who like to job the paths along the water. Since it was brand new there were no reviews to help judge the likely quality. As befits a new hotel, everything was sparkling clean and new. The room was smallish and very simple, but the design was first rate. Internet was good and there was free self-serve parking inside an attached underground parking area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, this is an execellent business hotel. The lack of views or balconies make it less desirable as a vacation place. However, the price is considerably lower than the vacation spots down the road. Breakfast was just average.
