I will definitely comeback to this hotel, and would like to see it better next time in term of kitchen basic tools such as knives, frying pan and dish cleaning detergent.

We faced a major problem during the check -in where we were supposed to be in at 14:00 p.m. but there was a delay of an hour and half which screw our schedule for the whole day. As a result we had to check out early at 7:00 a.m.

Room is too small, the property is old without any renovation, coffee mugs were not clean.

Everyone in the hotel is super friendly. I would like to thank everyone, especially the lady at reception for allowing us to check in early and upgrading our room. She is a very kind and helpfu lady. Thanks to the Nepali and Indian staffs at the hotel who were amazingly friendly and hospitable to us. The hotel is very clean and the location is great too. The free breakfast buffet was great. I will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future whenever I visit Kuwait.

Excellent overall and clean. Best location near where I grew up. Restaurants and juice shops within a few seconds walk. The only bad thing is the rooms need more outlets to plug my phone and laptop chargers. There is barely any in the room.

Staff were very attentive. My booking did not include breakfast, and when asked, I was told it could be ordered and sent to my room. Although not stated openly, it was clear that presence of a single unveiled (though elderly) lady in the open-floor lobby restaurant was undesirable.

The worst hotel I have been at. It is not clean, and the worst part, they do not have any wall plugs to charge your phone.

we had serious issue in the bathroom and was fixed quickly. I believe this should not happen in the first place as the hallway was full of water
