Nice big room in a central location, close to metro

The entire hotel had no water for more than 12 hours they did nothing about it just keep telling us to wait, we had to check out after one night and they didn’t even compensate us in any way, we had to look for another hotel near by to stay, they should fix the hotel before accepting more guest, terrible experience with them

Lovely hotel in a great location. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and a good selection. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. Great location with alot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. A short taxi drive to the Old Town which is lovely and well worth a visit

Breakfast was great, we are vegetarian and we had options daily. The room was clean

The bathroom has a weird smell when you turn on the shower but the rooms are clean and ok. The hotel could use some renovating though.

Average hotel. But dated. Comfortable big bed. Limited amenities. Shower tile looked dirty/old. Fine for one night and decent value for the money.

Nice property,will stay again

Pros: Property is centrally located and offers a good price. Room was generally clean. Cons: In need of maintainence and updates. The breakfast was lack luster and the food in the restaurant was not up to standard. It's best to eat out. Finally, the elevators were extremely slow and required a significant waiting time during peak times and even during regular use.

This hotel urgently needs renovation. It's one of the worst Tryp by Wyndham hotels I can remember.

Everything was good

Breakfast needs work! Not many fresh fruits no fresh juices no acceptable yogurt. For $15 you can do better elsewhere. But my beloved Expedia gave me a $30 credit. Coffee is terrible and the jacuzzi did not work and the water in the pool smells funky. I booked a fitness room . But it wasn't available for one of the two days that I booked. I had to alter my reservation because I kind of screwed up the days. But instead of giving me a downgrade they gave me an upgrade so they gave me a sweet to make up for the no exercise equipment in my room. I was happy with that outcome beautiful view 10th floor. I thought the room was very nice and had a bathtub. Service is also very good. I like the staff and I really like the area I would stay there again despite their shortfalls.

We use taxi breakfast less than average and rude person at the check-in

The hotel is “okay.” Room was quiet and clean. We had trouble with the phone in the room not working and A/C dripped from a light fixture. It got fixed. Pretty middle class patrons in general. I guess for $100 it was ok. But I don’t think I’d stay here again. I’m sure I could do better.

Noisy AC

Hotel was conveniently located close to shops, restaurant and pharmacy. The staff is very helpful. The staff cleaned but I wish they did more cleaning.I stayed for 7 days and the bathroom was not cleaned in all that time. The shower started to feel slippery . I bought.some disinfectant wipes and cleaned the sink and toilet but after 3 days I think the room needed more than changing sheets and towels.
