A nice hotel with lovely staff however it does not have hot tub ,sauna or spa (for over a year) as advertised. Very miss leading .

We are family of 4, children are one is teen the other one is University. We stayed 4 nights. We wanted to stay a family room so we chose this room. I am not sure there was an option to choose like connecting room or not. I was a bit late to choose so only I looked at this room. I chose this hotel because we wanted to drive to Balos beach and closest hotel to drive. The hotel is good, the shower drain was very very slow to drain which I was a bit annoyed but not my family members. The receptionist was very helpful. If you have small children and want to have a quiet time, it would be a good place.

I was very disappointed with this property. The wifi was limited to one device, and it felt like a motel more than a 4 stars hotel. The bathroom smelled like mold, the room felt old , the room door was right across the bed, really didnt have a good night sleep.

Good hotel, great location, helpful staff! The rooms are large and comfortable.

Air conditioning was a little dated and not that effective. TV very small. Room was very spacious and all amenities functioned well. Service at reception and bar was friendly and prompt.

The wall paint was peeling in my room and there was no tissue in the room. The hotel requires a cash-only refundable deposit to use its beach towels. To use the in-room safe you must also pay a daily fee for a "pin" that you must insert into the safe. Breakfast buffet is "uninspired." The frontage beach is not quite "white sand" and does not have many lounge chairs. Not sure how this resort qualifies for 4 stars.

Fantastic location, service, accomodations (free upgrade)

Clean and quiet with nice beach and pool. waitress is very kind and good breakfast. My wife and children are satisfied well.

We had a wonderful stay at Molos Bay. It’s location in Kissamos was excellent for access to Elafonissi Beach, Bálos Bay, and other beautiful sights in western Crete. Breakfast was delicious. The room was huge. The full service beach with sun beds and umbrellas was very nice. We would recommend, and go back again.

Excellent location on a beautiful sandy bay. Very good room sizes. Had brilliant few days with my family. Sauna, Gym and evening buffet could be improved.

Best hotel in the resort. Wonderful position, lovely room. Excellent staff and cleanliness. Excellent food and wonderful breakfast. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in western crete.

Had a superb 9 nights at Molos Bay hotel. We’d checked photos of the rooms before we went but we weren’t prepared for the real thing - so much bigger, better and the views from the huge balcony over the little bay were incredible. Staff were very friendly, especially the waiting staff in the restaurant and the lovely Elli on reception who was so kind and helpful. We had breakfast included but still paid for dinner a few times. Very reasonably priced and plenty of choice but fairly routine hotel buffet food - we had far better meals out elsewhere, but obviously at a greater cost so no complaints. Plenty of choice at breakfast - the best part of which was sitting outside in the sun practically on the beach. What a view and what a way to start the day! Only other negatives - sauna/jacuzzi and the laundry service were out of order whilst we were there. Disappointing but it happens! We’d definitely come back.
