Excellent location, and all the amenities, full recomended

The staff were lovely. The rooms and the AC was great. The pool needed a little clean but the kids loved it all the same. I definitely would stay here again when I come back

I liked the easy accessibility to St Padre Pio by simply crossing the street. The room was also very nice with a lovely pool to cool off. Excellent breakfast buffet. The parking however in the garage was insufficient & the elevators were a bit slow. Overall a great experience!

The hotel was ok, not sure it is up to the 4 stars rating. The staff was nice but the room needed a proper renovation. The bathroom was old, same as the room itself and the bed very uncomfortable. Positive point is that it is located very close to the Padre Pio sanctuary

Loved the proximity to downtown and padre Pio shrine

The property was either still under construction or have a major facelift. Looked like a building site when we arrived. Quite a shock! Booked a suite but not worth it, everything looked very cheap and unfinished. Fixtures and fittings very badly finished off. We were supposed to have a terrace but no terrace furniture as in photo. Staff delightful but property not at all as description! A disappointment

There was no air conditioning at this property. The building was under construction, so there was a lot of noise. The bathroom sink looks like broken particleboard. And the bed was as hard as a stone. It was overwhelmingly, hot, and uncomfortable. I would not recommend to anyone and I will never stay here again.

Staff were really helpful especially Pio from the breakfast area. The property was under renovation during the time that we were there so there’s some hint of construction dust when we checked in our room. Housekeeping was helpful in making it go away. The rooms were really nice and comfortable. It’s very modern and the washroom was squeaky clean. 10 min walk from Padre Pio Shrine. Access to it is right across the hotel. Highly recommended

I wasn’t aware that the property was undergoing major construction with a huge facelift in progress. Scaffolding outside the entire building. On on first seeing the hotel, I wondered if I was at the right hotel. What a mess! The layout of my room, a room with a terrace was not user friendly. No facial tissues, you had to use the one in the toilet!

No swimming pool and a lot of noise in morning

The hotel inside was clean. The staff was friendly especially Francesco very helpful. Great breakfast buffet with lots of choices. The parking was included and great location by the elevators. Walked to all the historic sites and did not need to move the car. The thing that we did not like was the outside under renovation.

Very clean and comfortable, helpful and pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast. I didn't think our evening meal in hotel restaurant was worth the money, very limited choice of food also. Conveniently placed for Padre Pio.

This hotel was well located, close to where we needed to be. Facilities were great, only down fall was that the lifts took a bit of time as they were doing maintenance one of them. Apart from that, it was an awesome hotel to be.
