I will definitely recommend a stay here!

Liked the rooftop bar but disappointed it was not open Sunday. Also limited menu in restaurant on Sunday night. Extensive choice at breakfast.

Hotel was clean, safe and the staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was very good. Had the use the ferry or bus to get to the centre of Gothenberg but that wasn't a problem. Would stay there again

3 days 2 nights perfect stay. All staff extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Only downside, the spa did not open until 3pm. No good for a daytime re-charge.

No fax. I had emergency but no fax. No phones in rooms Therefore you cannot order room service. There was no toilet paper on the second day but no phone to communicate with reception to complain, sent an email but no answer. You have to get dressed and go down to reception! It’s a very isolated place and full of construction all around.

Average stay. Housekeeping for the room and Front Desk were amazing. Maintenance was on top of it fRestaurant was not staffed appropriately. Extremely long wait for host/waitress to appear on more than one occasion. Kettle would not open, safe did not work, elevators were filthy from the soccer kids’ smudges and running around.

Hated everything about the hotel. Front desk are rude except for Kevin and one lady but the rest are rude. There is one resturant and with limited main dishes and closes afternoon. The rooms do not get cleaned properly and when I asked specifically for it to get cleaned. The breakfast is limited with the same items everyday. As a guest with allergy I was served a burger and I got sick with cramps and diarrhea. While I specified I have allergy . The location is thr worst . Far from everything . It is not located near anything.

The area around the hotel has nothing !! There are no coffee shops or cafes or variety of restaurants. Supermarket is far . The breakfast is the same everyday . Limited . There is no phone in the room . So every time you need to go down to ask for anything. There is no room service and the restaurant closes so you have no food options given there aren’t many restaurants around except subway and another Turkish food. Taxis from hotel are expensive . There is not anything to do around. There is a front desk Manager called Maryam that is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful.. when we asked for Kate checkout she wants us to leave earlier. The front desk staff especially Kevin is so friendly other than Maryam. .the dishes in the buffet are sometimes not clean and you have to choose different plate and at times the table or chair is dirty. They might be understaffed .

In the university area, access difficult due to extensive roadworks taking place around the local area leading to the hotel. Private car park opposite, 5 min stroll to the ferry to the centre, free ferry during certain times.

Property is in great condition and staff is very attentive. Safe area but take into account that you need to take ferry to go to the main area of the city.

Not convenient for Gothenburg. No amenities in the area. Receptionist very cold. Poor internet connectivity.

I didn't like it that the room did not seem to have been cleaned, the bed was not made and that the coffee cups were removed. Everything else was good. The breakfast was very good indeed.
