Convenient, quiet and comfortable

The staff were fantastic, multilingual check in. Breakfasts were fast and beautiful in taste and presentation. Housekeeping immaculate.

Pros: - el desayuno esta bien cool. Decente en tamaño y trae fruta, proteina, embutidos tipo queso jamon, jugo de naranja y te, cafe o chocolate. - la atencion estaba bastante buena por el staff - la ubicacion en cuanto a la zona rosa esta bien ubicado y todo queda a distancia cerca caminando, desde los locales, centros comerciales y supermercados. - nosotros nos quedamos en un cuarto para 5 personas y era lo suficientemente grande aunque solo era de un baño tipo jack and jill. Cons: - el cuarto no se veia como en la foto de la pagina web. El cuarto es mas viejo en decoracion que lo que sale en internet. - nos quedamos en el cuarto para 5 personas y cada vez que limpiaban habia que ir a pedir una toalla adicional porque solo dejaban o 3 o 4 toallas. Hehehehe. - el internet en el piso 5 y en ese cuarto casi que no llegaba el internet. Bastante lento.

This property is close to zona T. Bed wasn’t too comfortable and adjacent home had alarm going off every 30 mins which made it difficult to sleep.

The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful, our suite was spacious and confortable, and everything worked well. We had a very enjoyable stay and we gladly recommend Comfort 80 to anyone looking for accommodation in the north end.

Our suite was great! There were 4 adult family members traveling together and the room was perfect for us with two separate bedrooms and two additional beds in a more central area. The bathroom was very nice and appeared to have recently been redone. The staff was very nice and helpful. The lobby area was clean, but a little outdated. The exterior of the building in non-descript and difficult to identify. The location is very good, but the street is a little dark. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Confort 80 Hotel to others.

Great location and a nice hotel

Confort 80 Hotel is located just outside the hustle and bustle of busy Zona Rosa, within a few minutes walk. The staff at Confort 80 Zona Rosa does everything possible to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The Reception personnel greet you by name as you enter and exit the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, thanks to the great Housekeeping staff. Breakfast options are delicious. Beds are comfortable. A stay at this hotel is well worth it and enjoyable!

A cute place within walking distance of a variety of little shops. No heating or air conditioning, but they have hot water, and the breakfast area is very quaint.

The Wifi its really bad, location its very good and safe, the Staff its helpfull! The shower its regular, small and poor water

Did not get the room i booked for. Staff were friendly, but i was a bit surprised that that the checkin staff, and front desk staff, generally have zero english language skills, and then had trouble understanding Google translator and my broken Spainish language efforts. Seemed to be a change of management since i last stayed.

I can honestly say this is the best hotel any tourist can stay at!, i've stayed 4 time already and it only gets better! Super close to nightlife and the stuff were extremely amazing! They were always with a positive attitute and a good mood, thanks to pedro and nicholas for making our stay wondeful. You guys are the best!

I checked in on hotels.com with two guest. I had a guest stay one night. Upon check out I was charged 90,000 Peso. I will NEVER stay here again.

We stayed at Hotel Confort 80 for two nights. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Even as we had very little Spanish, they made a big effort to help answer our questions. The room was huge and very clean. The safe didn't work and the breakfast was okay but all in all, it was a great stay and we would recommend. It is only 3 blocks away from all the bars and and restaurants of Zona Rosa/Zona T and the walk felt safe.

The hotel didn't have basic cable. It was extremely boring to watch tv without cable for two weeks. Didn't have a gym. I forgot my computer at home and I was hoping to find a business center to print some paper work and they didn't have one. Most of the hotels in Bogota offer free newspaper in the mornings. They didn't .Breakfast was cheap with few choices. Bread was old and fruit was poor in serving for a country known for abundance of fruit. It gave the impression they were struggling with money. Communication was terrible, my husband called twice and was told I wasn't there. I stayed in another hotel before that was cheaper and they had an excellent breakfast with lots of choices, newspaper every morning plus office center where I was able to print my documents.

Overall the staying was excellent, but very noisy on day time for the adjacent constructions. Also the internet connection is poor.

Location was ok. It was a few blocks to the center of La Zona Rosa and all the good bars and restaurants... however the hotel itself is on a very empty back street. The street is completely dark deserted at night, so keep that in mind of traveling alone. There was also a noisy construction site across the street that started at 6:30am. The hotel windows were so poor that all the noise could not be muffled, making it impossible to sleep past 6:30. In addition, the hotel always keeps the front door locked and they do not give entry door keys to guests. (only your room key) Several times, we waited 15 plus minutes for someone to come to the door to let us in. Once was in the middle of pouring rain. I was not happy getting soaked waiting for the concierge to appear to open the door. Finally, the bathrooms aren't great and the water pressure was poor and erratic.

The hotel rooms are very small.. The rooms have no water pressure to brush your teeth, The shower is built for tiny people. The closet is almost non existent, to small to put your clothes in. There is construction noise all night. The lights in the hallway are on a motion sensor that and the lights go out before you even get to your room. Hotel management hung up on Expedia several times when trying to workout my refund because I was not happy with the hotel and requested to leave.
