Nice place near airport

Great hot tub in the room, definitely get the suite. Nice breakfast. Quick check in. Lots of parking onsite. Walkable to two restaurants nearby

The breakfast was Amazing! . Staff was very lovely, speaking English just perfect to communicate. From the airport to the hotel it’s only 15min driving but the taxi cost ( 45-70 €) for one way soooo expansive I was shocked. I had to pay 25 pounds for an earlier check-In which was okay and understandable. Unfortunately my worry during my staying was the heating problem and never works during my entire staying. My room was cold knowing the temperature dropped so it’s was terrible and I was in ground floor. Apparently the heating system works in a specific time during the day (6-10am) and (8-10pm).

Check in was fine girl very helpful, room was fine, nice large space, breakfast was great. Missed not having many English programs on tv

Triple room, was given a sofa bed was not advertised as so Dust allergies, came out in hives and sneezing Single bed mattresses were uncomfortable and hard Otherwise staff friendly and approachable Well maintained Incident- where taxi was booked by hotel staff for us and we were made to pay 70 euros without being informed and this ruint the trip for us (unexpected extra cost)

Service was excellent. Stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast was excellent and abundant. Restaurant next door was also excellent. Was able to walk to shopping, less than a mile. Taxi to train. Train to Milan was about an hour ride so this location is outside the metropolitan Milan area, but close to Malpensa.

Uncomfortable pillows and bed.

Property is not bad is for the price.

Quite expensive, poor quality, no iron and iron board in the room, wallpaper torn off the wall. I do not recommend.

The breakfast is good, the room is not comfortable in its color coordination, and the cold leaks from under the balcony door overlooking the garden, and there are some spiders. The air conditioning is ineffective and requires the presence of an employee to operate the electrical box

Location is ok but no pavement to even walk to the near restaurants Overal condition is tired

Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast complete and the gym has most of the required tools. However, please note that this a premium motel transforming into a hotel so some rooms can be a bit dark, some finishing details are missing etc Overall very good stay if you are in the area and want to avoid the big hotel chains without missing out

I was able to check in early which was great! However upon checking in my room, all of the walls pretty much had water damage (so I was told) but I do not believe it was new. It looked like mold and I was not able to change my room. The two things that was great was I slept well/my room was always attended to, and the breakfast options were great. The room I selected had a sauna, so that made the stay a little better. I did not ask many questions such as where’s the gym etc… because I felt like I was being annoying to ask. The hotel is close to some stores but you would need to rent a car to get around. That’s not an issue. I’m not sure if I’d come back due to the room mold water damage issue. I feel that was messed up, when I showed the front desk photos, it was shrugged off,

Did not cater to Americans. No bedspread on bed. Noisy. The only good was the bar tender her was great!

One of the worst Hotels I have seen. Bad Internet connection so I could not work here. And a harassing Hotel staff.
