Nice spot, but bad service ,cleanliness, need to make a big improve in overall quality

Please do not ask about Parking. A source of frustration and disappointment. Apparently, the hotel has commandeered the parking management to an external company. The parking valets are un couth and rude refusing to let us park in the designated areas within the hotel premises. Plenty of space was available, but they were reserved to supposed guests of the hotel. A lot of nepotism is going on in that hotel. We were told to park outside on the street. it was a really frustrating situation. The hotel staff refused to intervene pretexting that the parking within the premises of the hotel is managed by an independent agency and therefore they could not do anything. Furthermore, this is a hotel from Hell, with no shower doors, window doors do not close. Door cards do not work. A NIGHTMARE!!! I WILL SEND YOU SOME PICTURES IF YOU WISH .

Overall the hotel was appealing and clean. However, the hotel did not have my reservation from hotels.com that was booked several months before, but they let me stay. On the last night they threatened to have me pay all of the money again because hotels.com did not pay them. They made me contact hotels.com who sent them the payment voucher. The hotel still did not know what to do with the voucher and i had to call again to support the hotel. Luckily the guy that came in at midnight after dealing with this for a while knew exactly how to get the payment and I was released. They also allow prostitutes onto the floors and gets loud at night. This was extremely loud and obnoxious and not for families.

Bad

Need a car or taxi nearest shopping 20 min away. Door keys a nightmare. Water go off at night. Waited for plates at resteraunt. View is beautiful. Stayed room 501 smoking when I applied for non smoking rooms. no help with suitcases up steps to reception. friendly and helpful. Room cleaned each day. I would recommend it's a 3 star based on uk hotels. Would recommend if you want a relaxing holiday.

Good appearance but terrible service. First it took them almost 40 minutes to check me in. First they claimed I had to pay to stay in the hotel, then I proved them wrong and even ask them to return the additional charge for my first stay on 09/05 to 09/07 when they had claim the reservation was only for one person when voucher said two persons. Bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor and on the bed. Food at restaurant on the last floor was louse.

Hotels.com do not answer e-mails. Hotel over charges. My reservation states that is for two persons and the hotel over charge for the 2nd person claiming reservation was only for one person. Bathroom dirty and no towels. Had to order towels and wait for 2 hours to deliver. Pillows cover was just aside and not place on the pillows.

Hotel was ok for Annaba City. The best thing about the room was the view. I don't think they ever hoovered the room. I was on the 4th floor and had ants, though they did not bother me! The rooms are not sound proof, and the wifi was not constant. Staff were pleasant, and food was average at best, but fresh. In general, it was a pleasant stay, especially sleeping to the sound of the sea waves hitting the rocks. This was though the best hotel in the city, but could be so much more, even an international tourist destination, if they paid extra attention to the smaller details.

Nice views of Annaba but do not look for a beach just a jetty over rocks. Stayed off season do hard to judge service staff pleasant enough breakfast ok

Je m’attendais a vraiment beaucoup mieux horrible du coup je suis parti 4h après impossible de passer la nuit laba la porte était cassé télé qui ne marcher pas plus de 30 minutes pour avoir la télécommande pour faire fonctionner la Clim les agents thermiques était vraiment simpa et les femmes de ménage je leur tire mon chapeau chambre très propre mes a elle

Petit déjeuner toujours en rupture de produits alors qu'il est 9h du matin et que le.service s'arrête à 10h00 le personnel fait de son mieux mais l'organisation et la supervision étant défaillante le résultat est médiocre pour un 4 étoiles. A leur décharge les clients gaspillent beaucoup aussi. La partie hôtel du complexe est assez propre et a été rénovée mais j'ai pris par la suite un studio dans Sabri et là les choses se gâtent : salle de bains minuscule odeur désagréable déco ancienne et tapisserie déchirée abats jours sales bref heureusement que la vue mer magnifique fait oublier le reste.

Les européens ne sont clairement pas les bienvenus. Des pratiques qui auraient dû disparaitre persistent dans cet établissement : paiement d’avance, prise en otage du passeport ou de la carte bleu. Tout ceci est inacceptable.

O hotel tem espaço físico excelente no entanto está um pouco velho. Com uma boa renovação pode ser um hotel excelente.

Court Séjour à l'Hôtel Sabri. Prestations Moyennes. Restaurant de l'hôtel plutôt bien. Malheureusement peu d'hôtels disponibles à Annaba

Típico hotel enfocado al turismo, aunque bastante apartado de la ciudad. El estado del hotel es bueno, aunque algo frio. La habitación es espaciosa y aceptablemente cómoda. El baño, limpio y espacioso (algo desaprovechado). La cama es cómoda, las almohadas no tanto. TV aceptable con algunos canales internacionales. Personal amable, aunque algo falto de experiencia. El restaurante, sencillo... al igual que los platos... buena calidad, pero sin florituras. No tomé desayuno, por lo que no puedo opinar. En resumen, aceptable pero obviamente no un 4 estrellas desde el estándar europeo.

evitez les studio car wifi ne passe que sur le pallier quand vous l attrapez....la plupart des prise ne fonctionnent pas et y a meme pas d ampoule dans les lampes restaurant bien trop cher pour la qualite et le buffet est encore plus cher malgres une qualite bien moindre.... par contre tres bon petit dejeuner tres complet le staff est correct poli aimable apres rien nest vraiment propre ou bien fait mais que voulez c'est le maghreb....

El restaurante esta bien Servicios muy limitados .....
