Love the atmosphere. Very clean, modern, well maintained. Stuff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Definitely recommend!!!

This is by far the strangest hotel I've ever experienced. It's all concept but no real philosophy or consciousness in the execution. It's located in the middle of an industrial wasteland about 10km away, or a 18 min drive, from the airport. The spa baths and jacuzzi jets were lukewarm at best and shot cold water. The hot cold treatments seemed to only partially be operational. The faux-marble veneer on the reception desk was chipped, revealing cheap plaster. The art was often reproductions and bizarre. The rooms had complex panels of incomprehensible symbols which we could not understand what they were supposed to control. The food in the restaurant came to the table cold and the wait-staff made "are you crazy" faces when it was brought to their attention, although perhaps there were language barriers at play. The advertised shuttle to and from the airport is non-existent. You will have to scheudle and take a taxi. It's as if the owners are aliens from outer-space who have seen Star Trek and assume that is what life on Earth must be like, but do not understand what the humans need or want at all. But to their credit, the mattress at least was firm and not lumpy. It served it's function for a place to crash for an afternoon and overnight before we headed out in the early morning.

Room was great and the hotel in general was very nice and quiet. Breakfast was amazing, they had little bit of everything. We loved it. Only two things I think would make it even better are the bathroom door gives you no privacy at all specially if you’re traveling with kids and second the AC wasn’t strong enough to keep the room cool. Besides that place is pretty good.

I was very disappointed with this stay. We have been traveling all over Italy and Spain for a month and this was one I will remember. We had a problem with our car rental and had the day from hell. We checked In late as had dinner locally. At check in no one was at the desk, I had to ring the bell and wait a while. I realized i only had my passport (my name on the booking) and he basically threw the passport back at me and said Thank you!. (A little rude). Check in was not great. We then get to the room and it’s so hot. We put the air con on. We got to bed thinking it would cool down. We were exhausted. I woke up at 2am boiling hot with my 2 yr old sweating badly. I felt like I was hallucinating. We checked the air and it was on its coldest I wet face towels to use on our faces as we were all so distressed. We had an awful night. We went down to breakfast at 9.45am, the team were aggressively packing everything away. No glasses for water or juice. They took all the muffins (I have kids that would have loved them) and looked cross at us. Breakfast was on till 10am. I legit approached the ham and cheese and the woman got there at the same time as me and snatched the utensils away. It felt excessive and we all were very uncomfortable. I checked out and the front desk staff asked how the stair was and I said I’d had a horrible night sleep and it was excessively hot in the apartment. She said you should’ve contacted us as we can change it from the front desk. 27degrees

Super nice staff

Property was unique and had a futuristic feel about it. The room and bathroom were clean and modern. The shower room at the spa was not fully clean, though it may be because we booked in for it last minute. Breakfast was nice, though the same offerings were presented every day. Maybe not sufficient for a 4 star hotel. Parking was ample & the free use of the electric car charging station was greatly welcomed. No comment about the staff.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staffs were really good and helpful too. Location is near to the airport and so if you are planning to visit centraal or cathedral it’s a bit tricky as you would have to catch 2-3 trains to reach there. But travel to Malpensa airport is really convenient. But I totally loved the hotel and service and would rate 8/10.

Very helpful staff and beautiful hotel

Stayed at MO.OM Hotel recently and overall had a nice and relaxing stay. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. One thing to note is that the hotel is not very close to the train station, so you will likely need to get an Uber or taxi which can cost around €22 or more depending on the time and location. There also aren’t many shops or places nearby, so we had to go to the nearby Iper shopping centre to buy snacks and essentials. The spa was lovely, however it is not included in the hotel stay and costs an additional €35 per person to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel very clean and relaxing. It was a peaceful atmosphere and comfortable rooms made it a pleasant experience.

Lovely weather stayed for the Fiera del mobile quiet location. Chose the garden room very spacious,food is good and nice wine list. Pleanty of choice at breakfast Staff was graet and helpful Parking was exellent just outside the room door.

Lovley hotel , enjoyed the food in the restaurant and the spa was excellent!
