Great sushi option while we were yhere

For the price point and 5start it should not have loose handle at tub. And check out was embarrassing where the 2 front desk employees held me while they went from receipts from the night before to prove that i had paid for my stay, even after i showed them the credit card statement on my phone. They should not put a customer of a 5 star hotel on this situation and just say “it’s sorted now” like it was my fault and not theirs. I paid full at check in to be quicker at check out and not to be embarrassed by they lack of organization.

Front Desk staff were wonderful and very helpful. Room service slow and had to call twice for ice. Would be nice to have coffee and tea in the room.

Best experience, we had compared to other similar 5 stars hotel we have stayed before. For sure we recommend this fantastic hotel. The staff are the best professionals we can see in all our experience.

One of the best hotels in Lisbon.

Restaurant service was horrible!! Food was cold and service was extremely slow. Waiter should be pushing a broom somewhere. Bathroom had no space for your toiletries. Waterfall shower had sprayed everywhere. Would not stay here again for price.

The hotel itself was beautiful and the sky lounge was very fun. But the room temp was uncomfortable. And the bartender experience was very disheartening

Beautiful place right on the bank of the Tagus river. Very quick elevators. Awesome buffet breakfast. Many meal options from local restaurants just outside the short entrance way.

This property was nice. Our only complaint was that the lights in our room wouldn’t turn off at night. They offered to move us but we were going to be (in our pajamas, etc) and our kids were asleep next door so we just slept with the lights on all night. An engineer came but he couldn’t fix it. Otherwise it was all fine. Nice views, nice pool, etc

God location, quiet place (limited traffic nearby), wonderfull view on the Tagus. The staff is very nice (some recall me and my son)...Several restaurant nearby, close to a shopping mall and transportation...Will recommend it

Very unique spot on the seaside - beautiful views from the rooms. Staff was WONDERFUL especially Sophia! Nicely walkable both ways and close to the aquarium too - although the wooden decking of the walking area going towards the briddge was rickety and starting to break! Suggestion - There was no native plantings of pollinator plants around the hotel for landscaping - it would be so easy to do and beautiful. Native species are so much better.

There were a couple of issues with the room ultimately some were resolved but the broken phone was never resolved. Additionally it was a long wait for anyone to bring request to your room. We lost two reservations due to tardiness of roomservice.

Clean & nice. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant downstairs as we arrived at the hotel close to 9 pm. Food was good. We also enjoyed the breakfast and view. The shower stall is all glass visible to the bed. A bit awkward if travelling with friends. However, there is a curtain which you can draw across for some privacy.

Will be staying again.

The space is luxurious and clean. The location is ideal and picturesque.
