We really enjoyed our stay, the downside was the toilet wouldn't flush properly and would clog on t.p and it was a pain to have to call everyday for a plunger or them to plunge it, but they always came, the last 2 days our room wasnt properly cleaned like the towels were just tossed onto the counter and there was no refill of ice bags or t.p

I only stayed at the hotel during the Winniepg Folk Fest for a place to shower and get a good night's rest. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had nothing wrong with it.

The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, staff was very helpful and meals at both restaurants were delicious 😋 can't wait to get back!

When we got there, the rooms stunk like pee and room deorderizer. I called downstairs and they changed room right away. The second room was very nice smelling. I told them the room was nice smelling. Overall the staff were great and friendly, we had no breakfast but ate dinner there took it to the room and parking was easy and we were in the front of the building.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel itself was amazing.

Was a great stay all around no complaints

In the beginning we thought the place was not nice but as soon as we enter the room it was amazingly clean. They delivered the service that was expected. Easy parking, going in and out to our room was easy. We felt safe.

Room is pretty clean and tidy

Room was good, reasonable-ish rate. Clean and quiet for the price. We kept getting locked out of the room as the cards for the lock would expire way before we were done with the room. Annoying to have to go to the desk for replacement keys twice. Kids enjoyed the pool. Lots of parking. Comfortable beds. Good location for going out to see things. Feel like it was a safe area. Didn't get to use the restaurant so can't comment on that but it smelled real good as we walked by a couple of times.

Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Nice touch with breakfast included.

I stayed here for a solo trip. Check-in and check-out were smooth, but I had to wait for housekeeping to check my room before I could get my deposit refunded. That was a little annoying. The property has a tavern, so be prepared for intoxicated people sharing your floor, however, they were mostly well-behaved during my stay.

Breakfast specials of $5.99. Unfortunately the restaurant is not open for evening meals except Thursday through Sunday. Staff always friendly and friendly. Security doors to the room access is something I appreciate as a woman when travelling alone!! And the location is close to LOTS of shopping!!
