It was a safe, comfortable amd enjoyable stay. Restaurant staff were friendly & alert to guests needs. Interacted with Pastry Chef Ms Vinitha Sri. Compliments for her culinary skills, pastries were delicious, presentation was awesome, range of pastry options amazing. However few guests were seen wasting food.

Staff was not overly friendly or helpful. Had booked a king bed, but was given two twin beds as they overbooked larger beds.

Ambiance and the rooms are really good, overall a good hotel for the stay.

Folks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast is amazing. The hotel is grand. Excellent room service too.

I loved my stay at this property. It’s well maintained and clean. Loved the 24 hour room service. There are lots of good restaurants nearby to try.

Poor customer service. The front desk staff is not properly trained for customer check-ins. They’re very slow and are not aware of the necessary documentation for check-ins. Also, the dining staff were rude and condescending.

It was an average hotel and front office staff needs to be more professional. Common areas in hotel was run down and needed upkeep. Overall not at all an experience of a 5 star or a 4 star hotel, but more like a 3.5 star.
