My family spent almost 3 weeks here, we will back, service, location, food, spacious rooms. The owner alway came to say hi to all guest during breakfast

Staff were very nice and helpful with the fact I didn’t speak soanish. Wifi was bad- if you are looking for a place and need reliable wifi, this is not it. Beautiful hotel. Solo female travellers- door locks are bad and someone could easily pick locks or push the door in. Travel with safety locks, preferably the door stopper one. Only issue when I arrived- they couldn’t find my reservation anywhere. Never did find it. Luckily I had several ways to prove I paid for it and it was active. They put me in a random room anyways. So there’s that.

This is an older property stairs only. Very convenient and quiet location. All staff were helpful and friendly.

Very pleasant

I really liked this hotel and the staff were excellent. They have that old school hotel values, good prompt professional service, very caring. The mattresses were excellent, and firm. Which is important for someone like me with a back condition. The restaurant is very good, better than many in the area. My only criticism of my stay is that there were sometimes bad smells from outside that would drift into the hotel, but in my experience (and I stayed in San Antonio for a month in different hotels) this also happened in other hotels too. I think it is the drains. So there is probably not much that can be done about that. Thank you very much for the stay.

El hotel es una edificación muy bonita, bien ubicada. Lo mejor la amabilidad de todo el personal y el excelente trato que le dan a las mascotas. La comida es buena aunque deberían tener más variedad a la hora del desayuno. El hotel necesita mantenimiento en algunas áreas, deben cambiar la alfombra y hacer mantenimiento a la madera y a los baños, el de la habitación donde nos quedamos botaba agua todo el día. El precio es muy adecuado, aunque las comidas son algo costosas. La habitación es muy ruidosa en la noche por los carros que pasan por la vía junto al hotel. Tienen buena televisión y con canales. Volveré a quedarme en este hotel. Lo recomiendo.

It is a very quaint hands on property. I have stayed here many times with the same staff to greet me. The same staff says a lot!!! Def not fancy but you get the family touch there.
