Place isn’t as it show on site! It is very expensive for place like this! Beds are so uncomfortable, door knob to scan card was broken and front door doesn’t work properly! Breakfast was so bad no varieties to eat from. I would say I waste my money I usually do Hilton but never booked hotel saying it’s by Hilton. So disappointing

Nice comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet was just ok. Our AC stopped working in the evening night and from the time the front desk was informed it took them 6 hours to address it and refused to provide us a new room so we could rest while we waited (we were away at a baseball tournament). Requested a cot as we had an extra teenager staying with us and they refused claiming it would not fit with 2 queen beds in room.

Unfortunately this hotel has one major flaw, a staff member "Kevin". High on his horse at the front desk he was not helpful, rude, and his accusations were uncalled for. The rooms were nice and very clean. The halls and lobby, we'll maintained. The breakfast was amazing. If you were to do contact less checkin and not have to deal with this man it may be doable.

We stayed as part of a ports team, booking several rooms in the hotel. There were some property maintenance issues, including a broken front door. In the rooms, we found the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, and the front of the dresser was hanging from a hinge in another room. In one room, the air conditioning did not work even after they said it had been fixed. Requests for repairs and cots took multiple visits to the desk before being addressed. The breakfast was the worst I have ever seen in a hotel. it was unacceptable, and we all had to buy breakfast and coffee as it was not edible. Some items were not fully cooked, while others looked a week old.

This was a great option for a quick visit. The location isn’t great- nowhere to shop or enjoy dining except a sports bar across the street. The breakfast is standard buffet style. Rooms were very clean and staff helpful.

We liked the cleanliness of the property, the cleaning staff, and some of the front desk staff - Jaskiran and Ibrahim were very nice and courtious. Some of the staff need major customer service training. There is no customer contact and not even a hello when customer walk-in. In fact, they put their head down and ignore you. I tried to make conversation with one of the overnight staff, a African man, and he said to me "what do you want". Some people should not be in the customer service industry if they do not have proper communication skills. I expected better from such a large hotel chain.

Small hotel, was not expecting much because it was over $100 cheaper than all other hotels in the area. But it was clean, staff were all great, good size room. No complaints at all!

Had a very comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, spacious, and relaxing, and the breakfast was a nice bonus each morning. Staff were friendly, and the location was convenient as well. I would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

Poor breakfast for an Hampton Inn. Also the whole first floor smelled terrible.
