Very convenient for motorway, good access to supermarket and fast food restaurant but also a good restaurant and bar on site. God parking, excellent breakfast very helpful staff

We found the hotel to be good. The room was small but it had a lovely shower room. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choice as was the evening meal we enjoyed there.

was all very good, the food not really to our taste, sausages for breakfast would have been most welcome!

No a/c was not explicit and 32 degrees outside meant the room was uninhabitable. I booked a room elsewhere.

Basic but perfectly adeuate and acceptable room. Would advise against the dinner buffet though. Not very appetizing

Clean, Comfortable bed and quiet. Easy access to town with car.

Handy hotel next to the autoroute. Receptionist very friendly. Rooms need a little TLC. A big minus was the fact that the restaurant wasn't open: Just what you don't want to hear after a long drive!! The nearest eaterie is a Burger King - a two minute walk away. The staff are really welcoming but I wouldn't chose to stay here again to be honest

Excellent for a one night stop over, just off the motorway but far enough away to not be noisy. Rooms a bit on the small size but clean and tidy. Helpful staff and a good selection for breakfast.

Close to the highway, an ideal stop on your travels. Parking place and good food, no need to move...

Plenty of parking space. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable; small and compact - ideal for an overnight stopover as close to the A20 very easy to find from Junction 35. Restaurant is good value but there is a "Burger King" within 100m walk if that is your preference? .Most of the other guests seemed to be business travellers so some noise from 07.30 onwards

room good, food a buffet but amazing, eels in a travel stop hotel, just brilliant!! Only down side was an enormous night time noise issue which the manager apologised for the next morning, actually felt sorry for her as she had to sort an ugly incident but overall the hotel and staff are very good. Safe and secure parking just off the motorway

Extremely small room. No lift in hotel so had to request a ground floor room.

The service at breakfast was poor, eggs, bacon, toasting bread was not replenished, had to go searching for staff several times who were preparing tables etc. for lunch rather than looking after breakfast guests. The evening buffet meal was a pleasant relaxed experience, good tasty selection of food, and very attentive staff. July is warm here air conditioning would have been a bonus, difficult to sleep, warm.
