Great stay!

The hotel is lovely, perfect for a small group. The pool and roof top is quite small with not many beds for sunbathing but it’s very nice if you can a space. The rooms were clean, stylish and quiet. I would stay again.

Staff were great very helpful. An easy walk into town. Just a very nice peaceful place to stay.

Lovely little city centre hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby by and a short walk to the Mariana. Lovely little 4 day stay and would return.

Nice room, good location and great staff

Friendly helpful staff. Hotel a long walk from the town centre and restaurants. Unfortunately weather was poor which made walking any distance a problem. Good park next door for jogging.

Great staff and generally well maintained and clean hotel. However, noisy area/street and the windows are not well insulated. You need to sleep with earbuds even on thr 5th floor. Pool (very small) and terrace were nice

That hotel was definitely worth it.

Great hotel to spend the night in Palma. The hotel staff were super and we were able to park in their sister hotel a couple of streets away. The hotel itself had a great contemporary Spanish feel with whitewashed walls, concrete/stone sink/ shower, loved the vibe. Highly recommended

Hotel room was hit even with air conditioning on. Basic room but was fine for one evening. Room smelled of smoke whiist was unpleasant and elevator and communal areas smelled unpleasant/stake.

Just great and lovely hotel to stay at. Town centre is just an easy ten minute walk.

Our stay was very clean, the staff were welcoming and helped hold our bags before checkin. Breakfast was also great.

Very clean accommodation in a quit place.

it was dirty and grubby, the pool filthy. No tea and coffee in the room or comfortable seating at all any place in the hotel for older people, we are in our sixties and seventies. No place to relax at all so we had to go out all day. The hotel was full of hen night guests and no sun beds available at all. We feel this hotel should be no more than two stars due to lack of facilities. We sat on a very uncomfortable chair by the pool to look at dirty uncleared plates of food with fly's no attendant available. We complained at reception and they just said it was the city. We feel the hotel was well below standard our room was basic and very shabby. It was such an uncomfortable hotel no nice lobby or lounge to relax.

Lovely hotel and staff. Good value for money. Will stay again when visiting Palma
