Excellent service

We had a wonderful week in Mexico City and staying at the Le Meridien was perfect. Great location to get to everything and very friendly staff.

It’s a pretty old property. So it kinda feels off

Very nice room and staff. One small problem: 2 of their 3 elevators was out and in a 19 floor hotel that creates all kinds of backups. And the staff never said a word nor offered any amenities, compensation, etc. Big fail. Otherwise, very standard part of the city. Nothing special. Lots of American chains. Not anywhere near as fun as other neighborhoods.

The property is nice the only problem is the the restaurant food they need to have more options for dining .

The staff was extremely nice. The hotel is run down and needs an update.

The hotel is nice the employees are wonderful the location is wonderful everything is close .the employees are wonderfully .they need to update the pool and jacuzzi.other that that is was I Great stay .

Nothing to like about this property. It’s not a 4 star property as categorized. It’s a 2-maybe-3 star.

Definitely old and dated. The rooms could use a full Reno. The cabinets were falling apart, the fridge door didn’t work… had to have maintenance come up two nights in a row to fix the tv. The shower head was plugged with gunk. Only redeemable features of the property was the staff, the pool and the gym.

Amazing service, large room, super quiet. Loved this hotel for my 1 night business stay. Would definitely return.

Great staff, facilities/rooms need upgrade. Parking is not easily accessible.

Centrally located on Reforma Avenue. Walkable to many attractions. Friendly staff and nice accomodations.

Solid property in the center of Mexico City. Spacious, clean rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. I recommended this hotel.

Excellent service

Our stay was okay. The whole staff was really amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. The room was big but it basically has no windows! There were windows but covered from the outside; kind of weird. At least the room was very quiet. The towels were a bit old and there were only two and one hand towel. The shower curtain was also in not great condition. The location was okay but just far from Polanco. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Guest services went above and beyond to make me happy. They did upgrade me to a room that seemed to be not used in a long time. Was incomplete with no toiletries, bathrobe, sleepers, dusty. But after couple of email they decide to change my room, we came into an agreement that was ok to stay there but must be clean and complete, since I have taken all my clothes and belongings out of my baggage.
