Location is great near Southern Cross Railway only 5 minutes walk and space of the apartment is huge. Rate also worthed!

Very good location, exact tram front position. The building is a little old and the rooms smell. But everything's okay.

We travelled as a couple and they gave us a room good for 3 persons so it’s all good. More room for all our stuff. Check in was quick and we had to leave a 100AUD deposit. Room is clean and they refill the coffee/tea/sugar/milk/salt and also the toiletries everyday. You can cook inside the unit. Overall a good stay cause it’s in the CBD and very close to the free trams.

This is the very first hotel that have a not too strict rule for early check in. If the rooms is ready, they will allow us to have an early check in. It is very helpful for us which has an early train arrived Melbourne. They also can help us to store our luggage well. The room is clean and although it has no harbour view for us. The complete kitchen set. And not far from southern cross station and around has a tram. Also near to Flagstaff garden. Very good and thank you.

It's ok, strategic location, spacious rooms, unfortunately the design of the rooms is less attractive, but we were not to enjoy the rooms, which is definitely strategic and close to Melbourne POI
