From outside the hotel doesnt look as welcoming and cosy as it is inside. The staff is very friendly. Perfect location right infront of the train station and still quite. We loved it.

Very nice place. Most people very friendly. Typical Germany - when you engage, then they’re very nice. Breakfast personnel were super nice. Breakfast was good. I wouldn’t call it over the top, or outstanding - but it was better than average. I would rate this place as 10/10, except the internet connection had serious problems. I was getting about 25 MBit down in the room, but it just kept cutting out. Reported problem but wasn’t solved. Streaming Sky Netflix or Disney was super frustrating. If the internet was working well, I would be ‘all in’ !

Wir waren für eine Übernachtung hier, buchen und einchecken unkompliziert. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Frühstücksraum, ein Traum, wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber, so kann der Tag nur gut werden. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, da ist für jeden was dabei. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden das Hotel weiterempfehlen und auch wiederkommen.

Lovely accommodation really close to train station with friendly staff and tasty breakfast

Rooms were well furnished and clean. There was even a coffee maker and hot water kettle in the room. The woman at the front desk was friendly, but I don't know if she speaks English (one of our part speaks German). The breakfast buffet was really nice. Only downside was that parking was in the municipal garage (they hotel gave a ticket so you didn't have to pay) and they are currently doing construction at the train station between the hotel and the garage.

The rooms are always very bright and clean. Location is perfect. The construction which has lasted for 2 years will finally end soon. I look forward to my next stay here.

In our arrival the multilingual receptionist was very friendly and offered us right away cold water on an exceptional hot summer day ! The hotel stands out for its central location in walking distance to train station, shopping and outstanding restaurants. The property is very clean, tastefully furnished and offers a superb breakfast buffet for an additional 16 E / p.p. Parking is offered for 10 E in the overnight parking garage nearby. It’s only a 15-20 minutes ride from the airport and great to relax and walk the historic part of town. We definitely would recommend this hotel and return on our next visit to beautiful Bad Soden.

Only issue was construction during my stay. There should’ve been a warning prior to making reservations.

Would recommend and stay again.

No hot water the first day but the hotel got it resolved. Very lovely place and wonderful staff!

It is a modern very cosy hotel, clean, quiet and very well located. The only thing is that check-in was not possible until 15:00. There is no way logistically that not a single room is ready by noon (the time I arrive) and that, magically, at 15:00 hours all of a sudden all rooms are ready. They did accomodate my baggage though and were very friendly about keeping it, but they could have saved themselves some work and money by just giving me one of the already ready rooms.

The superior room is spacious and very clean. There was a nespresso machine, complimentary sparkling water and sweets which my young daughter was delighted with. Beds were extremely comfortable. Reception staff very helpful.
