Very lovely and welcoming staff Hotel was gorgeous and room was very nice Small stain on bedding but minor Incredible breakfast

The room was pleasant, comfortable and clean. However the staff were disinterested and unhelpful and appeared uninformed about the facilities of their hotel.

It was very acceptable for the price. The attendants in the restaurant were awesome. I went Scuba Diving earlier than regular breakfast hours and they were great to assist me with an earlier than normal breakfast. Overall the service was very good. And everyone tried. I didn’t like being asked to contribute $2 a day for environmental purposes as soon as I arrived. I was asked for my passport and then asked to donate money. Started me off on a sour note.

We spent 2 days in Colombo. The hotel is clean and very welcoming. We caught Tuk tuks everywhere.

Room was great. The hotel facilities are ok, but not excellent. Pool is fine, though small. The gym is tiny. Restaurant is ok. A bit too expensive for the food they offer. I stayed twice at this hotel. The first time, I got a very noisy room and I was given a different room the second time, which was not noisy. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying there again.

Enjoyable stay...small hotel...30 plus rooms..great pool with good f/b choices. Affordable pricing. Located in the business district but with alot to see and do. "Downtown" can b a little pressuring with tuk tuk pricing but where the hotel is located thats not the case. Great staff...Hanfal and Dushan in front office and Thushava,Dinesh,Sanoj and chathuranga in F/b deserve a mention. If yr not looking for a traditional 4/5 star hotel...i wud highly recommend this Hotel.

Well situated for walks to the shops. Very clean hotel with a pool suitable for children over 50cm tall.

The staff at the hotel were generous with their time, kind and helpful. The space around pool and spa provided a relaxing environment. I would easily say there again

Really nice little gem in the city. All the staff were really nice and helpful. The food was excellent and pleasantly surprised by valentine 5 course dinner. All reasonably priced. Room was big and beautiful bathroom. Highly recommend.

The staff are kind, helpful, friendly, hospitable and polite. Our room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. For guests who are looking for an intimate and friendly environment away - this is the place. The hotel is athletically pleasing with decorative and artistic touches that are beautifully curated. Chef Clifford Perera and his team served us a five star breakfast with pastry delights that rounded off the perfect start to a day in beautiful Sri Lanka

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The location is excellent. We found everything in the hotel perfect: clean, big size room, great service and amenities. Overall, a great place to stay, away from noise and there’s a french bakery a block away that has delicious coffee and croissants.

Great place with comfy rooms, near the beautiful Cinnamon Gardens area. Nice pool, though slightly noisy with the road next to the hotel. Nice rooftop with live music

I stayed at the Colombo Court Hotel & Spa December 23 - 25, 2019. The hotel is in a nice area of Colombo and not far from some major shopping areas. The hotel itself is very welcoming with lush vegetation, water features, artistic ambiance, and most importantly a very well-trained and friendly staff. My room was very spacious and comfortable. The amenities were perfect. Besides the accommodations, there is a lovely poolside restaurant, as well as a spa. I had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner with multiple courses. The chef and kitchen staff prepared an amazing selection of very delicious and well-presented courses. The following morning I checked-out of the hotel before 5AM in order to make it to the airport to catch a morning flight. My company iPhone accidentally got left behind at the Colombo Court Hotel & Spa. The manager contacted me immediately once they found my lost iPhone and worked to get it back to me. The iPhone arrived in a couple days after some required paperwork, traveling halfway around the world from CMB to SIN-KIX-MEM-IAH... I felt so grateful to have it back, a gift was ordered for delivery to the hotel staff. If you are considering travel to Colombo, Sri Lanka... I would make this your first choice. Bravo to the management and staff at the oasis in Colombo.

Excellent staff, great location, beautiful pool and architecture and great sustainability focus! We will be back again!
