Great place to stay while travelling for work

Over-priced, too far from main services, bathroom not clean enough (out-dated), outside table and chairs dirty. A bit disappointing, we were expecting better. Yamba is a nice place to visit though.

My second stay at the Carmel Yamba because it is in a convenient location, is quiet and clean and has good service.

Clean room. Always smells nice. Approachable and helpful staff. Very comfortable. Small tennis court for a quick hit.

Clean, tidy and convenient.

We had a 2 BR unit with full kitchen. Spacious, clean and mice open space. Reception was most accommodating when we arrived. It is now our favourite place in Yamba.

We arrived at the Carmel after the office had closed, however our keys were waiting for us in a secure place. Our room was spacious, as was the bathroom. A well stocked minibar was available and our bed was very comfortable.

We were at The Carmel for 3 nights and they did not change the linen during our stay or make the bed. We didn't make a request but I had expectations that if guests were staying for more than 1 night that someone would attend to the room. Apart from this, the location was good and the staff very helpful.
