My only recommendation will be to have employees be more customer service friendly. They should know the basics from the area.

The hotel has the atmosphere of an expensive hotel. The morning breakfast had high quality and healthy food options. The location is excellent being within walking distance of Corfiras shopping center. It was quiet. The staff is very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport.

Mejorar las Sabanas y tambien mantener las cortinas limpias se sentia el polvo que tenian.

El check in fue super rapido y todo bien. La habitación estaba super limpia y tambien todas las áreas. El desayuno tenia arepas, hurvos revueltos, cereal y frutas todos los dias, y cada dia cambiaban algun platillo como hotcakes etc. Durante los primeros dias me quede en una hab de una sola cama q no tenía secador de cabello, de resto todo lo necesario y me proporcionaron cobijas extras para el frio. En la ultima noche me cambiaron de hab para una con dos camas ya qur venía con una amiga y su hija, también estaba todo super limpio y en órden con todo lo necesario y si había secador de cabello. En general mi estancia fue agradable y perfecta para lo que necesitaba. La mayor parte del dia anduve haciendo tours por la ciudad, de facil acceso con Uber se encuentra bien ubicado en relación al aeropuerto, al centro y a los lugares designados para las salidas de tours como tambien cerca de un centro comercial llamado gran estacion donde pude hacer unas compras, cambiar usd y comprar una linea telefonica que me acompañó para todo el viaje. El único inconveniente es q se escucha todo del pasillo y habian huespedes hablando en ellos durante la noche. Nada que ver con el hotel pero si tienes el sueño ligero debes tomar precauciones. En general muy contenta en relacion precio calidad me parece mucho valor. Si vuelvo a Bogotá me volvería a quedar aca. Muy contenta

Housekeeping maintain excellent standards. Hotel had no amenities, excluding WiFi. It’s lication meant you couldn’t walk anywhere and the hotel didn’t have a restaurant and there were none in the neighborhood. Everything was ‘at the mall’. Not very accessible nor delivering any ambience of bogota.

This hotel has a very friendly staff willing to do whatever to make your stay enjoyable. Lina at the front desk and Alvaro in the restaurant are top guns.
