The hotel was excellent! :-) Also the staff, the facility, and everything about the hotel was superb! Your front desk staff, Casey, had excellent customer service and we wanted to give him a great review! We saw your cleaner Emily cleaning the gym and she is very efficient and we wanted to also give her a good review!

It was fine overall but the sofa bed was atrocious. We booked a suite with a bed in one room and a sofa bed so that our traveling extended family could have a little extra room. When we asked about the sofa bed, we were told “it isn’t really meant for adults”. If that’s true, it should be listed as such. The hotel couldn’t do anything to accommodate.

Wanted to commend Casey at the front desk. He had to take care of breakfast too since the normal worker didn’t show on time. He handled everything perfectly with a few cranky guests. Kudos to Corey!

Nice stay.

We had some trouble with our reservation - we were a group of six and had reserved two rooms, and were told that only one was reserved/available. So we checked into our one room and later learned that our second room was actually available. Whew, thank goodness! Anyway the front desk staff was really wonderful about it, it turned out to be a simple mistake. Other than that we were happy with the rooms and had a pleasant night’s stay.

The whole experience was great from check in. Devon, who checked us in, was incredible with her professionalism, knowledge and incredibly warm personality. Would definitely go back.

Room next to elevator... noisy. Breakfast didn't offer much selection.

Smells dog pee and poop. Carpet rug is so run down and nasty looking.

Staff was nice and helpful. Place needing some repairs on walls and in the bathroom.

Pull out bed a joke, sooo flat, like cardboard - made noises all night. When you unfolded from couch, frame hit foot of bed so it wouldn't go all the way down. Room wasn't cleaned each day, so had trash/food sitting for 2 days. Ran out of toilet paper (only had the partially used roll currently in the holder). Again, if room was checked staff would have noticed this. Need more variety for breakast....Eggs & sausages for 3 days? Need lids for the coffee cups.

Everything and everyone was wonderful.

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful when we checked in. She let us know that Burney Falls was closed and provided us some other options.
