Small room for the price but it was OK for what I wanted as a single person. Don’t think I’d like two people in there though. No lift but not possible to have one which is understandable. They do not provide beach towels so had to borrow one from my friends who were staying at a more luxurious hotel. Drinks expensive but that’s life and they charge for bottled water in the room. Breakfast is wonderful and the hotel has lots of character and is close to the train station.

The bathrooms are outdated and they smell like urine as much as they clean the smell comes back. Not worth what I paid, it was very expensive.

Great place to stay in Sitges

First stayed at this hotel in 1968 can’t believe that it hasn’t changed that much lovely hotel and staff superb breakfast very central brings back so many lovely memories

Small room and bathroom and no lift with lots of stairs

The room chosen for us as Expedia users was cramped poorly laid out and very difficult to get to with luggage. Terrible towels and small bathroom. Very noisy

So lovely- adored the main spaces. My room was right at the top though, no lift, and quite small.

I really wanted to love this property. It was recommended by friends who had stayed a couple of times before. On the positive side, the location is excellent, a short walk to everything Sitges has to offer. And the staff were friendly and responded well to issues. Unfortunately the rooms left something to be desired. My first room (#27) was dark and claustrophobic and smelled moldy. Then the shower backed up and flooded the entire room. The staff temporarily moved me to another room next to the lobby for one night which was okay but noisy and not very clean. The next morning they moved me to a room on the top floor which was much brighter and cleaner but it too smelled badly. The housekeeper came and poured something down the drains and the toilet which helped reduce the smell but it came back after a few hours. Also the bathroom was tiny, you cannot close the door when inside it and using the toilet requires some acrobatic skills. If you are over 6 feet tall or over 150 lbs you will not fit in it. There is no lift, which was not a problem for me but could be for others. This is not a hotel for the faint of heart!

Nice old building, friendly staff. Outdoor breakfast self serve buffet is excellent - vast choice of freshly cooked hot food as well as fruits, pastries etc. Very good coffee machines. Common areas in the building are very nice and atmospheric. Room a bit dated and very basic - our 3 bed family room was quite spacious but the main window looked out of the side roof over the air con units etc, however the room was cool and quiet which made up for lack of view. A little expensive for the basic room provided, but overall the hotel did exceed expectations as it was quiet, very well located within easy reach of everything, the staff were friendly and efficient and the breakfast was exceptional.

Property was as described on photos. Breakfast was god value and lots of options with decent coffee and friendly staff. Rooms are rustic/simple. Aircon and ceiling fans were good. Bathrooms small and showers very small. Balcony was good to have. Worth getting large one if you want to sunbathe.

I have stayed at this property 3 years in a row, and always have a great stay! The staff are extremely friendly, the rooms are comfy and air conditioned, and the property itself has loads of charm. It is very central within Sitges, about 5 mins from the beach and also the train station, as well as near loads of bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great place. Breakfast is good, ambience great. Air Conditioning in our room was insufficient. I don’t know if they don’t service them enough, or if they’ve been calibrated to only yield minimum calibre as a cost saving measure, but it was definitely insufficient.

The staff and reception were excellent and so friendly. The lobby, bar, restaurant area, and patio were also nice and as shown in the photos. The rooms were clean and the hotel has free WiFi. I traveled solo, and stayed for one night. I booked a single room which was fine for me. The bathroom in my room was also very clean but extremely tiny—this could be due to my booking a single. I was happy to have had air conditioning during the heat wave. Location is good too… one block from the train station and within minutes you can be at all the restaurants, cafes, and bars, as well as the beach.

Cool boutique hotel, nice breakfast, and just minutes from the train station. But light on service. Being elderly, I would have appreciated help carrying heavy luggage up and down three flights of stairs to my room. no water provided, which was an issue given our stay in very high heat and humidity.

Great breakfast buffet in tranquil setting. Location on quiet street near train station and easy walk to beaches.
