We recently stayed at Hilton Grand Vacations Sunrise Lodge and had mixed feelings. The hotel is under renovation, which we weren’t told beforehand. Waking up to excavators and dump trucks outside the window at 7am was far from relaxing. Our room was in a small side building, but the walk to the main lodge was quick and easy. Check-in was lackluster. Staff seemed disinterested and offered little beyond handing over the key. When we asked about Hilton Honors perks, we were told “we don’t do that here,” despite a Hilton Honors sign prominently displayed at the desk. We weren’t informed about amenities or the impact of the renovations, so we had to figure it out ourselves. Parking is valet-only at $25 per night, with no self-park option, even with the property in its current state. The room had a nice layout but felt worn despite claims of recent remodeling. Trim pieces were loose, the shower head plate was dangling, and the shower had standing water upon arrival. That said, the outdoor areas are beautiful. The pool and fire pit areas are well done and make for a relaxing setting. The property has real potential. Overall, it’s a nice place in a great location, but our experience didn’t reflect typical Hilton Grand Vacations standards, especially at this price point. Hopefully things improve once renovations are finished.

Great place but the tv And internet wasn't working in the room despite multiple calls to the desk and room. Also room seemed a bit unfinished

If your hoing to Ski this is a great property. Plenty of room for the family. No snack store or things in the libby

Such nice accommodations and the room and amenities were top notch.

We did not like being woke up at 7 am by construction. We jad to fix the microwave and the bedroom tv when we arrived. There is nowhere to it in the hotel, not even a cheap breakfast.

Very nice clean and updated property. Room was fabulous. Turned on the fireplace. Drew a hot bath in the jetted tub. My husband said he would like to stay here for a month!

Amenities were lacking; providing better dining options or even a gift shop with snacks and drinks for purchase would have been nice.

The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I took my family to park city for a long weekend to see the fall colors. We loved our stay here and will definitely book again.

We liked our stay. There was construction going on so we didn't really have a view. Room was spacious and the fireplace has lovely. Only reason not 5 star did not like getting there and finding I had to pay for parking. $25. I feel parking goes with staying at a hotel.

The staff were all very friendly. I loved the room, amenities, bed, and location. I highly recommend and want to stay here again when I’m in Park City.

Front guy was uninformed, not courteous, nor helpful. How about the valet who smacked into me with a luggage cart. Didn’t say sorry. Was rude. I won’t be back. There are better park city properties with professional and helpful staff. Skip this place. Not worth it. Zero views because the area is overdeveloped. Gross area. Go somewhere with a view and friendly staff
