Upgraded with great fanfare on arrival. Next morning told a mistake was made and had to move rooms to be downgraded again, to a road / car park view. Disrupted whole first day. WiFi doesn’t work. Coffee bad, rooms too hot, pool too cold. Woodwork decorations in the lift very nice.

Wonderful last minute visit. We could have stayed a few more nights. The Wellness Spa was such a nice amenity, especially after hiking. The center of town is a nice walk away, but there is a free municipal bus. And the hotel has a free shuttle, which was great when we wanted to go to the Monte Bianco Skyway. The staff was incredibly gracious and hospitable. Breakfast was nice as well (would love to have orange juice as an option - just melon and pineapple).

The hotel is like a alpine cabin where you feel right at home. The lobby is very cozy and the restaurant is genuine brassiere from the alps. You can expect the best service and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back!!

Would never stay here! Staff was horrible. Also tunnel closed due to construction but they say nothing about this.

Unforgettable experience in a great locaty

The location can’t be beat and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had great views from our room, which had plenty of closet and drawer space. The bed and pillows in our room 108 need to be replaced. Finally, as with most places in Northern Italy the hotel has no AC and the road noise was too much to keep the window open at night making the room stuffy and warm at night.

What a beautiful chalet - so warm and inviting, with faultless staff. Very charming. They even accommodated our two dogs so kindly. Would thoroughly recommend (and I’m fussy)!

Great place in centre of Courmayeur. Excellent service, friendly staff and amazing spa. Would definitely stay there again!

I paid above market rate to get the spa at this place only to find a very meager gym and no sauna, the steam room wasn't even on when I went down to use it. Not a real Spa, and not woth the premium (probably 50€ MORE than comperable hotels.

This is a real gem of a place. Rooms are great as are the Spa, breakfast and the management. We've now stayed here summer and winter and never been disappointed - and we'll be back from Asia to stay again in summer 2020

The hotel was clean and the small private pool with our room was nice. It was warm but not hot. Good for a dip on a hot day. This hotel is not ideal if you need to be right in the town center. The walk is OK but not that picturesque.

Beautiful views of the valley; great spa experience in the morning when it’s quieter; breakfast and dinner were both good; friendly service. But the room is a little small and dated; very slow WiFi.

It is a beautiful area and this has a nice lobby, terrace and pool area. The breakfast buffet is nice. The rooms are just a little to small making it difficult to get luggage out of your way.

I’ve stayed in numerous 3 and 4* hotels in Courmayeur. This was a trip for pleasure and really happy with the stay. Garden room with views of Mont Blanc with private patio. Very recently refurbished to good standard. Went for the option of half board and not disappointed with the excellent dinner that was very good value. Service throughout was very good. Used the spa - had it to myself. Excellent steam room and descent pool and sauna. A 5 minute walk takes you to the start of the main pedestrian hub in Courmayeur and a couple of minutes drive from the Skyway A few snags - Requested a twin but arrived to a king - was sorted with turn down service a few hours later Wellness centre was being cleaned from 8pm - a bit early! Waited an age for hot drinks at breakfast. Lack of parking. Parked in random car park 100m from hotel. Rooms not particularly well sound insulated. Overall, one of the more comfortable hotels in Cour and the spa is a definite big plus. Recommend the restaurant if you want a night in! Dog friendly also

We only had time to spend one night before continuing on a hiking trip, but we certainly wished we had more time. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating to our late-night arrival, the buffet breakfast was delicious and full of choice, and the pool/spa areas were so relaxing. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. Don't hesitate.
