This hotel meets all my expectations. Bigger room, good view, reasonable price, complete hotel facilities e.g. restaurants, hot water bath, water fountain, nice breakfast, good location (close to the free shuttle bus stop to gotemba premium outlet). Staffs are very helpful and polite. I wish to return.

This hotel very new and very clean with good location, very convenient 5 min drive to Gotemba outlet, many restaurant near by. Excellent service, love the hot spring. Will surely recommend to stay at this Hotel. Just love it!
