The weather was quite nice when we stay one night. We were enjoying the spa & hot spring. You might have to go on the top roof to use the hot spring without clothes

Wow! This may be the nicest place I’ve stayed at. My partner and I came with my parents. We hired a car to take us there from Taipei, but train would have been very convenient as well. I would say this place is primarily a cold spring with two hot spring options. The Suao area is known for cold springs so really great for the hot summers. Our room had two private bathing tubs, one for hot spring and the other cold or however you’d like it since you fill your own tub. We went in early May during the weekday and there were two other groups checked in. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We only saw the other groups during breakfast. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Great variety and you will not leave hungry.

Wonderful property with beautiful clean facilities. We especially enjoyed the hot and cold plunges available in every room. The center of the hotel has cold and hot springs all around so moving from pool to pool was very fun and nourishing. Only drawback was that the dining options were pretty limited. They cater primarily to local tastes but staff and chef were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

In room private natural hotspring is fantastic! Tatami style room is awesome too. Overall a nice resort. Comfortable room experience. Disappointed that even bathrobe need to be rented tho. Also the breakfast food is just "average", nothing to write home about, just a "meh".

An absolutely stunning resort. The food was amazing and the staff were incredible. We lined the cold and hot springs and the variety of pools for use.

很適合來放鬆，環境清幽，服務人員都很熱心，我們帶狗狗來雖然只能在寵物房待著，不過有監視器可以隨時觀察狗狗情況。

I like the in-room hot spring and SPA. They also have very friendly and nice staff. I would have enjoyed the time more if the food in the restaurant could have been better!

昨年宿泊し設備やサービスが良く気に入ったので台湾コロナ禍明けで泊まりに行きました。全体としてはリラックスして過ごせたのですが、コロナ対策に気を取られてか以前良かったサービス無くなっていたり有料になったりしていました。もっとホームページなどで案内して欲しいです。 1 送迎　直行バスが減便のため羅東駅前まで往復送迎をお願いしました。これは時間も適切で車も快適なので良かったです。 2 リゾート用ビーチサンダル 前回まではお部屋に無料で配置されていて、ホームページにも特に注釈が無かったので持参せずに行ったらなんと有料販売に。大したお金では無いもののがっかりした旨を伝えたら結果提供してくれましたが、最初から込みにしてくれた方が良いと思いました。 3 プールサイド 以前は先着順で使えたソファー席が1000元と有料に。遊泳プール以外はソーシャルディスタンスを保ってもマスク必須です。 4 朝食 洋食とお粥は美味しいですが、チキン麺は麺と鶏肉の味がほとんど無くクオリティにギャップがありました。 5 VIPアクセス フロントで認識されず、ホームページの説明を見せてようやく確認作業に入ったのでチェックインがややもたついたのが惜しいです。 せっかく素晴らしい施設を持っているので、今後の改善に期待します。

所有服務人員都非常有禮貌，仔細詢問需求並且說清楚，感覺非常好👍 晚餐非常美味！

隔音效果非常差，周遭住的人非常的吵小孩子在走道跑來跑去到十一點多鐘，喝醉酒的人一點多鐘還在外面大吵大鬧！

From arrive the lobby, the valet parking staff was quick and friendly. Check in was quick. The room was amazing comfortable with nice amenities. The breakfast service was nice. The roof top hot spring is amazing with view. Amazing resort

It's a clean and nice hotel with various pools indoor and outdoor. Staff are very nice which makes the stay very pleasant.

I have a good time here. The hot springs are very comfortable. The room was very clean.

Large and spacious. Kids love the outdoor pool and hot / cold springs area. Excellent food. Great service. Best hotel in Suao.

Do not come. Not worth the price. Reception staff horrible.
