Great

Check in was wonderful and the staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean with no odours or lingering scents. Pool was a lot of fun for the kids and the hot tub was great for the adults. The breakfast was fantastic! Everything that was Gluten free was labelled - and they made the eggs and sausage GF - which rarely happens at other hotels. Will definitely look for Best Western first for future travels.

Clean rooms

I stayed overnight rather than drive back home the same day. The room was clean and comfortable. I brought some of my own pillows because I sleep propped up in bed (used to an adjustable bed) and I have special pillows for that. I enjoyed my shower the next morning. I dont like the lighting in the bathroom. An overhead fixture as well as that on the mirrors would make it brighter. No complaint, just a personal preference. I used the provided shampoo and conditioner and the shampoo bottle was nearly empty. Might be a good idea to have housekeeping check the levels as people do put things back partially used. That is my only complaint. I have stayed here before and will stay again as it is a hotel i feel safe staying in. As an elderly single woman who sometimes travels alone, that is important. Great hotel!

A good place to stay.

Breakfast was awesome

The hotel was clean, the rooms need more convenient options to plug devices in. Our stay was great, except for the part where we were woken up in the middle of the night from people yelling and fighting. Other than that, the hotel was decent.

It was a busy weekend when we were there a bit noisy with lots of children. Breakfast was good. I think as an elderly couple we should have been automatically scheduled for the 4th floor. Which they moved us when requested (Thank You). Also they do need to upgrade their mattresses. Beds were terrible.

The only thing that could have a slight improvement was the breakfast. The oranges were extremely old and barely edible. Not much for handheld foods such as muffins, english muffins, etc

All around awesome stay

Very well maintained, breakfast was good and plentiful though it was a small breakfast room that was crowded dependant on time. Excellent place to stay!

Decent breakfast, kids loved the pool. Rooms were clean.
