It is like a secret bolt hole. Even taxis drivers don't know of it. Once through the doors you are warmly welcomed and the indulgent stay begins. If you want somewhere to lay your head then London has 100s of hotels. If you want to be spoilt then hotel 41 is where you need to book

The staff, the staff, the staff. Premier location, an exceptionally elegant facility, but its superiority nonetheless began and ended with the staff. In years of travel we have never been so welcomed and well-cared for as here. We planned a rigorous quick-hit visit to London (my wife’s first) before traveling on. At the end of each busy day we found ourselves eagerly looking forward to returning to the Executive Lounge.

Hotel 41 was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel is beautiful and located in the heart of London. The staff is amazing and they pamper you the moment you walk through the door. I had an amazing time.

Nice room with very comfortable bed and linen. The staff were exemplary and a credit to the hotel. This was an experience which will undoubtedly mean that we will return again. Breakfasts very good and an evening in the Executive Suite with the nibbles on offer is recommended. Nice quiet hotel in a great location, tucked away almost hidden on the street. Definitely a hidden gem.

It’s the best kept secret in London. It’s better than any other 5 star hotel in London. Their service & attention to detail is incredible. I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 or 5 times now & have always had amazing service. I highly recommend it!

Husband and I had a brief stay at Hotel 41. It was exquisite. Staff is friendly, helpful and very attentive. Room was immaculate with small tasty treats given every evening after turndown. Would stay here again!!

Taxi dropped us off the hotel entrance. A doorman open the door and took our luggages. Greeted by another concierge to bring us to receptionist. We were seated by the fire place with some snacks and champagne. The experience was wonderful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet.

This hotel is the offspring of a five star hotel mating with a fine English club. The parents should be proud. The service is out of this world and the small scale gives the place true intimacy.

Hotel is tucked away to the side of Reubens Hotel. My guess is that this is (in essence) an annexe of the Reubens, probably sharing the kitchen and some staff. The entrance lobby is very small and not particularly glamourous and all the rooms are accessed by a compact lift that transports the guests to the fifth floor. One of the problems with this hotel is that there's only one lift and we had to (quite frequently) wait in a queue. Another problem we had was the fact that our room was above the kitchens and we woke up each morning to the smell of frying. I suspect the hotel needs to address this - possibly an extraction problem. Other than that, it was a good stay. It's a nice hotel with excellent service. But it's not the glamourous 5 star London aesthetic experience some might expect.
