Unpleasant with hotel staff who are very unhelpful and frustrating.

Kurang menyenangkan dengan staf hotel yang sangat tidak membantu dan mengesalkan.

Overall, it was a good place to stay during off peak seasons (i.e Oktoberfest), I did not encounter any bed bugs, place was ok, toilet was fine, wifi was good and available in rooms, it was fine.
