Lovely family run hotel, close to the beach, main bus stop and amenities. Great restaurants within walking distance. Staff at the hotel were so friendly and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Nothing at all was too much trouble. Definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday.

Black Sandy Beach Hotel was excellent. Owners were amazing! Hotel was super clean, safe, and breakfast was great. I will stay there again. It was walking distance from beach, bars, restaurants, and shops. Also near busy stop. Loved location and hotel in general, especially owners. Great people!

The Owners went out of his way to help us find some old friends we had lost contact with. He, his wife and the Barman are all nice people who do there best to take care of you. Breakfast was one of the best I have found in Santorini and the location is pretty good. It feels as if they pay much more attention to detail than most other small hotels in terms of furniture, wall decorations and food. We will be back!

A lovely room overlooking the pool area... owned by a really nice family. Just 500 metres from the beach this is the perfect accomodation for any couple or family. Breakfast was home made and all prepared to order if necessary. Any advice was needed. The owner even stayed up until 3am to let us in after going to a wedding in the North of the island. Made us feel welcome and offered advice on where to go etc. The best service offered 5/5 would definitely go again!!! :-) C&S

This place is a great location. Less than a 5 min walk to the black sandy beach and less than a minute walk to the bus stop. The owner and his entire family are great and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good. The rooms are a good size with a beautiful private balcony. The grounds are beautiful and the hotel is very clean. The only thing I would change is that the beds were hard and the bathroom floor would flood when we would shower. We were there before the season really started so it was very quiet.

Very close to the best beach on santorini - Perissa. Lovely hotel - family run, incredibly friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The place is completely immaculate. Huge effort has gone into making the hotel comfortable for guests with lovely garden and terrace areas. Yes rooms are basic but everything you require, and again immaculately clean, comfortable and well maintained. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
