The place was overpriced for the property, we expected something better due to reviews but very disappointed and dissatisfied from just arriving. The car park was very limited and hard to park as on a busy road and poor positioning. The room was below average with a cramped shower room, the beds were not very comfortable, and the breakfast was very poor with just packaged food available from shops such as crepes, croissant etc. there were not much vegetarian options for English breakfast apart from bread and beans (no hash browns, no vegetarian sussages, no tomatoes and no mushrooms), will definitely not stay in this property ever again.

Good location for Heathrow and South London theme parks. Piccadilly line only a few minutes walk away. Basic hotel but very comfortable, particularly the mattress. The family room was perfect for our family of 5, descent Continental breakfast and the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Amazing value for what we paid

Skylark is very continental distance to the airport. Room small but clean.Bathroom nice and clean. Garden maintenance not impressive.

Staff is great and close to Heathrow, connections via train are not great. Breakfast included. Property and room are just ok. Room is quite small and needs upkeeping.

Pleasant but basic accommodation. Used a couple of times now. Staff always friendly, bonus car parking. Nearby tube station for easy access to London or Heathrow

Staff are wonderful. Parking is free. Quite near to metro. Near to all Asian stores and good variety of cafes and restaurants. Garden and paving needs attention. Continental breakfast good. Cooked breakfast not so good. Limited cooked breakfast for vegetarians.

The staff was super helpful and friendly! Though the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was generous and served in a lovely, airy sunroom next to the garden. It is a walkable distance to the underground, which made getting around convenient. We enjoyed our stay!

Convenient location with friendly staff. Room was near the kitchen and you could hear guests talking. Would be nice to have soundproof doors but overall it was good.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was a great selection and the accommodation was clean and comfy. The building is a little tired but it was fine for what we needed. We did have some problems with the TV in the room as the WiFi seemed to keep cutting out and we'd lose signal which was frustrating. But we were only staying for 1 night and it was a great location and price for what we needed.

A lovely little guest house not far from the airport. Offered free parking and a nice breakfast before our long flight.

Parking was free and easy. The staff was polite and helpful and efficient. The room was clean and easy to access, although the use of mechanical keys meant only one key per room, but that wasn't an issue for us. The breakfast was simple, but hot with a few options, not just muffins and toast. A quick walk to the bus station allowed access to the city at a low price. Restaurants and services were also a few minutes walk away. The best part was the helpful and friendly staff. Every request was met with eagerness and smiles. We will definitely stay again when visiting the London area.

We have stayed here many times and have two more bookings in the near future. It is easy to drive from Westbury and the parking is easy. Handy for the Underground and direct into central London. 😀

We stayed here for 2 nights, the b&b is situated 5 minutes walking distance from tube station, shops and restaurants. Lots of parking at the B&B. Breakfast was good but very very poor wifi or internet connection on site, but we enjoyed the stay.

Due to circumstances I have to check in midnight. Messaged the staff and they wait for my arrival - very helpful. The room is clean and comfortable with such price range.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Even though it was on a busy street, there was no noise and the room was very quiet. The underground station was just a 5 minute walk away making connections to London or Heathrow very simple. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk of the hotel. I was not able to have breakfast due to an early departure for a flight so cannot comment on that. Parking is provided off street right in front of the hotel. I would 100% stay here again in the future.
