Day front staff was extremely helpful while night staff was absent from helping when next door guests were causing a disturbance at 3 am till 7 am

Had to get maintenance man to fix the fireplace started. Remote control for the TV worked when he changed the battery. Fireplace was wide open or off so the room got a little cool by morning. Good food at the restaurant and staff were very accommodating and friendly. Have stayed here numerous times and usually good service. Seems maybe maintenance is a little lacking

We found the room a little cool and thermostat didn’t seem to do much. Didn’t use the fireplace. We will stay here again.

The suite in High level was very impressive, clean, quiet, staff was excellent and helpful. The only minor negatives, there were no glasses to drink from as it was paper cups for coffee. Not fun having a glass of wine in a paper cup after a long drive and the hairdryer is so fall it's painful to blow dry your hair.

Hotel roo wax clean and the food was good

No charged lien and pillow cases ，MOD attitude were so bad ,rooms were not completely clean with room 144.and light is out. Water leaking from toilet with room127.dirty gloves on the table and higher temperature with fireplace with 122 steam room。it’s wasted our time almost 2hrs.my family are so mad ，we’ve never choice Quality Hotel pagain around the world .but the dinner and service are great.

I stay here every time I am in High Level. It’s always an overnight stay and this accommodation is convenient right on the highway yet not noisy! Front desk is friendly and efficient. Fireplace is a real nice touch and takes the chill off the room in winter. Highly recommended

The roomwas clean and liked that the satellite tv had all channels, receptionist was helpful and friendly. Restaurant hours were limited.

Rooms were clean. The sign is still down outside and most of the gym equipment needs repair

Enough beds for a family of 7! Absolutely the best place for a large family!

This is one of the many old hotels in the area. Don't eat the onsite pizza, I swear it's a frozen bake.
