Great Stay – Spacious Room & Excellent Location! We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was surprisingly spacious and came with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, stove, cooking utensils. It also had a comfortable couch and a clean washroom, making it feel more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room. The location is fantastic — very close to Miami Beach and surrounded by lots of great restaurants, including a delicious Mexican place just around the corner. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. One feature I really appreciated: even after we checked out at noon, they stored our luggage for free until later in the day, which was super convenient since our cruise wasn’t until the evening. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!

Cute, quaint and very pleasant. Very comfortable bed and within easy walking distance of stores and many different restaurant options.

The stay here at lincoln arms was lass than desirable. The hotel had a smell of mold and mildew which was being masked by a string lavender scent. They had this water pitcher upvfrint that looked like it needed lean. As far as the room, we had no tv, no electricity!! On one side of the room and there was no on call maintenance only the poor frontvdesk attendant who didntvhave a clue of how to fix it. The extra blanketvrequested had hair on it. The pillows upon removing the police cases were stained with what looked like urine. I have pictures. The sink and tub kept draining slowly, again no maintenance. . Upon making staff aware of this , i felt heyvwere a little dismissive and refered everything to their manager. We were there for one night, the hotel was full. Not sure what others experiences were but i didnt imagine that i would be going from floor to floor with the attendant helping her check fuse noxes. She was very apologetic and did the best she could. Shame on you lincoln arms. Get it together. I wa s so glad that the rest of our trip was great and a time was had. I justcwanted others to be aware. If you stay her check the beds, nlankets and check the pillows. There has to be sone standard of cleanliness in a hotel not just on the surface . Thank you for allowing me to share my experience.

Loved this boutique hotel. Walking distance to everything. But quiet neighborhood. Will def be back! Clean and safe. The hotel room is huge. Loved it.

Fantastic value for South Beach, this funky apartment conversion gives you space and a kitchenette but without the hotel amenities of a bar restaurant or pool all in an area with shopping dining and drinking options galore as well as beach access 2 blocks away.

Location: 2 blocks to the beach, very easy to find, but no onsite parking. Inconvenient if you have a car. Property: VERY Dated, but nice decor and the landscape is well kept. Free happy hour at their sister property Catalina is not worth it, but it is free. Comfy bed and fully functional kitchen is a plus if you cook. Would I stay again? Probably not.

Staff were very helpful!! Beautiful space, just like pictures. Room, floor, counters in the dining area were very clean. Clean sponge to clean your dishes in your kitchenette. Nice fridge. Really nice shampoo and conditioner and soaps. Books around to read in pleasant common spaces.
