The male staff was very enthusiastic in exchanging cash for me to send to Grab even though I hadn't asked for it yet! Quick and thoughtful, not leaving the customer confused about how to handle it. Thank you again. - At the end of the trip, he also gave me a package of cashew nuts and a bottle of water because I told him I was a vegetarian 💯💯💯

The room was newly furnished and comfortable. I stayed in a room at level 4 with no windows, but I didn't feel claustrophobic. It was spacious enough for a solo traveller. I didn't hear any noise from traffic on the road. I could hear when guests in the neighbouring room opened or closed their doors, but that didn't disturbed me much. Location was good being a short walk from the lake and shops. For breakfast, we could choose from the buffet spread, and order eggs or pho from the menu. The biggest plus was the friendly hotel staff. Steve and his team were always ready to meet our requests.
