Btw, this was actually my second time booking this hotel. I like this hotel because it is very close to the ASEAN Night Bazaar, and the room itself is comfortable. I had requested a large bed, but upon arrival, the bed was not ready as requested. The receptionist was helpful and offered to combine the single beds, which I appreciated. However, I had an uncomfortable experience with the housekeeping staff. The staff rang the bell and entered the room quite quickly. Luckily, we were already prepared at that time, as my husband was in the bathroom and could have been in a more private situation. I believe housekeeping should wait for the guest to respond or confirm before entering the room. While making the bed, the housekeeping staff was also talking among themselves while looking towards us, which made us feel a little uncomfortable and unsure whether they were talking about us. Overall, I still like the hotel and would consider staying here again because of the location and comfortable room. However, I hope the housekeeping team can improve their professionalism and be more mindful of guests’ privacy.

Overall a good stay. The room is clean, spacious, and nicely designed. The bed is very comfortable—slept really well. Bathroom is modern with a bathtub, perfect to relax after a long day.

It's located in the city, convenient for transportation, and has parking.

The service is very good, early check in was immediately served quickly, request for connecting rooms was also served very well. And the breakfast menu tastes good with ham, it's just a shame the variants are not many.

The environment and staff of hotel is very nice but I had meet the wedding ceremony in the morning and there are very noisy of them. My baby is let them wake up early in the morning.

Very good, there is a pool, there is a fitness center near many attractions.
